Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the location is excellent! Loads of Greta bars and vintage shops and one block from the Seine! No A/C which I only realised after I'd booked it and it was during a heatwave! I stayed in 2 different rooms and my first room didn't have a fan and I wasn't aware you could ask reception for one.

The hotel had a water problem, so I couldn’t use the room at all. They still refused to refund my money. Very unfair and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
