Beauquartier - Marais Bourg Tibourg

Service is outstanding, I managed through Whatsup. Good and comfy beds. It has washer and dryer. Location at Le Marais was incredibly convenient. The stairs, I knew before booking, but I was not expecting such bad shape on the stairs. They were crooked and some of the step kind of broken. Ventilation on the bathroom was very weak.

Nothing, good location, good space

It was beautiful, large, had everything we needed and a great location. We liked everything. We knew there was s noisy bar across the street before we reserved it based on reviews, but its in the middle of a lively part of town so that is to be expected. We stayed 5 nights and it was really only Saturday night that it was noisy for a long time. Honestly, not a concern for us.

Location in Marais easy to get in and out. Near metro stop and rue de Rivoli for uber access. Great apartment with washer/dryer machine and well equipped for mom/daughter trip. As with many buildings in Paris, there is no elevator. Be prepared to carry luggage up multiple flights of spiral staircase.

The apartment itself was very clean, and all the beds were extremely comfortable. There is both a heater and a fan, though we didn’t need either during our late‑February stay. Guests visiting in the summer should note that there is no air conditioning. Because we traveled with only carry‑ons, the stairs were manageable, but they are narrow, steep, and uneven—historic and charming, but challenging for larger suitcases, especially since there is no elevator. The sofa bed was a generous king size, and our daughter slept very well on it. All the furniture and finishes were high quality. Since we stayed more than a week, a cleaning crew came mid‑stay to refresh linens, change sheets, and tidy the apartment, which was a much‑appreciated touch. The kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking, and I enjoyed a Nespresso every morning. The in‑unit washer/dryer was an added convenience that made our stay even easier. We would definitely book this apartment again on our next trip to Paris. We also wished there had been a larger mirror in the apartment for checking outfits, as well as a dresser for storing clothes.

Amazing location. The apartment was small but perfect for our quick Paris visit. Highly recommend. Even though it was small it was perfect for our family. Not recommended if you have mobility issues since there's no elevator and the stairs are a little uneven. N/A

Excellent towels and bedding pretty room. Excellent bathroom and shower. Very little: Bathroom door needed wd-40 and window in bathroom needed a way to shut it closed. Perhaps a few more coffee pods?

No AC. I thought it was a unit that included that. Almost impossible to cool off. 103 degree temps may be abnormal, but holy hell was it hot.

The luggage storage for storing bags before or after check in/ check out was limited and full when we arrived, but great offering for when there is room available. The bar across the street can be loud if the windows are open, so bring ear plugs. Otherwise we really enjoyed this property for a family of 4

The location is excellent The listing was not clear that its a 5th story walk-up I understand that this is quite common in Paris, but if I had known I would have booked in a hotel with a lift or something closer to the ground floor. The stairs are a spiral affair that are uneven and loose in spots.

I liked the ease of using the codes for access and being able to use the lockers throughout both days. It should have been made much clearer that there was no wall between the shower/bath/sinks and the rest of the room. There was no TV despite this being listed as in the room and little maintenance issues like the missing trim on the slight step from the room to the kitchen area just looked shabby. Also there were a few hairs in the bath!

Very cozy apartment at the best area to stay in Paris. The apartment is fully equipped and very convenient. There is a supermarket exactly opposite the apartment and lots of cafes, bars, bistros, restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries around. Metro station is 5 min walk. The river is 5 min walk. Notre Dame 10 min walk. Walking distance to Louvre. Really nice choice.
