Wonderful staff, strong and consistent air conditioning in the rooms, comfortable bed, & central location. The carpeting in the rooms could be removed. The lift left a little dodgy.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. The very large, comfortable bed was great. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. The shower room lighting was poor. Just one spotlight over the toilet. Not very helpful for applying make-up. A magnifying mirror is always a big plus but you were forced to stand very close to it which was difficult between the basin and the toilet.The lights around the large shower room mirror look pretty but are not effective. Our room was not made up until nearly 5pm on one day, fortunately the reception area is a very pleasant place to sit and wait.

Beside the location absolutely nothing Very old, not clean, the rooms are to small We stayed 2 days without hot water!!!

Araci the manager very nice to me she helps me with my reservation and the service from the front desk and specially her help was really good I will recommend this to my friends and family the location of the hotel is perfect to go visits all the iconic places in Paris I will definitely came back again Everything good

Good location The rooms were really old and had a strong smell everyday after being cleaned. There’s no way for the humidity of the bathroom to go away unless you open the windows in the room which then makes the room to be really cold Our son woke up with a rash and we had to out own blanket for him to sleep the days after, if the furniture was old I don’t wanna imagine the state of the mattress, I chose to not check since we were going to stay there for 3 nights The water wasn’t going down in the bath tub

The room looked different than the pictures with low sealing. Hotel is old. However, the location was very good while the staff is outstanding.

Very nicely styled hotel in the city centre, very nice location. The staff were all very warm and welcoming during our entire stay.

The hotel is in a good location and very safe. The front desk was very friendly. Since I had a meeting, they also confirmed with me that they would provide a room with a table.
