Clean modern and great service

This hotel is a gem. It’s in an old row house within walking distance of most major attractions. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are quirky (particularly in the small rooms) but incredibly charming. Everything is immaculate, and it all works. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff could not be better. We loved the feeling of being in the “real” Paris. Fewer tourists and souvenir shops. The experience was all we hoped for, and we will go back on our next trip. Not much negative to say. The hotel is not inexpensive, but it is absolutely consistent with Paris standards, and there is genuine value for the money. The rooms are not large. Would be hard to have a family in one of them.

The Lady at reception was very helpful. Our Rooms were not quite ready at checkin time so we waited for them to be cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It was expensive for 1 night for a family of 4 - without any inclusions.

The location, very clean and decorated with taste. The staff are all very friendly. Paper cups in the bathroom instead of glassware.

Everything! The room is beautifully decorated and calming, which is appreciated after walking around busy Paris all day. Everything was to my liking.

The staff, especially the desk staff were wonderful and the decor was nice. Room is a bit tight.

The staff was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. Always had a smile and very friendly. As most hotel rooms in Europe, they were small but were designed to make efficient use of all space. They didn't use a top sheet, which is creepy to me and I don't like sleeping with a comforter because I get hot when I sleep.

The bathroom did not have shower caps, or cotton buds or cotton pads. No proper coffee machine either, just a kettle. These are really minor things that did not affect our stay at all, but hotels of similar price range normally do have these things.

Charming boutique hotel with quirky designs I liked everything!

Clean, cozy and renovated room, impressive breakfast with a wide range of delicious options, friendly and helpful staff specially Mohamed and the kind lady serving breakfast, great location in the heart of Paris! Rates felt premium, perhaps more suited for a 4-star hotel.

Not enough bathroom amenities were provided (bath kits, dental kits, hair conditioner etc.), kettle was not working in the room, we had an issue with heating but it was solved after one night

We had a very positive experience. The staff were really wonderful and the facility was very nice. Couldn't have been better. I'm not sure what the neighborhood we were in was for but it seemed more work-oriented, but it was August and so many things seemed closed. But it was a nice walking distance from many things.

Everything was quite excellent. We had a double room and it was more spacious than expected. Staff were all very friendly and kind. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were well equipped and had AC. Nothing to dislike.

It was a bit farther walk to places as I had children with me, but the hotel being so NICE, with a grocery store produce stand near by was great.
