The elevator was bad and being on the third floor it was not funny at all having two luggages .

Great location, great staff, clean and cozy. Breakfast is not worth. There was no single vegetable and generally no choice of food at all. Rooms were pretty small, though we were upgraded.

The location was great! Close to many restaurants, pubs, and just a short walk to shopping & attractions. The staff was very accommodating. They recommended things to do, restaurants & even upgraded our stay when they learned it was our anniversary. The rooms were very clean & beds were comfortable. There is very little street parking & garage parking is a bit expensive (IMO), but completely worth it if you don’t want drive around looking for a place to park. Be sure to contact the hotel to reserve parking!!Be aware that the garage entrance is very narrow, so a small rental car would be best suited if you plan to rent a car.

The rooms are bit small but very efficient and well equiped. We had also breakfast few days and it was good enought for its price. Nothing

Staff wasn’t attentive and wasn’t polite. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. AC didn’t work.

You will find all what you need in the hotel with a decent quality, like warm water, amenities, some drinks and so on. Breakfast had limited options but all very nice. The room size is the drawback here - it's tiny but expected in this location. Although helpful, staff are not at all welcoming, which I gathered is a French thing or something. They need to show some hospitality.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean room, exceptional breakfast. Our room was very quiet. Neighborhood is very safe and location between Opera Garnier and Champs Elysees puts you in a perfect spot for Paris visit. Nothing

The location is really great, many restaurants all around . the staff was really helpful and smiling all the times. Everything in the bedroom, nespresso machine, hot pot for tea . When we come in Paris, we stay at the hotel . The confort of the mattress wasn’t as good as usual , they put 2 twin beds together and we can feel the 2 beds , no under mattress to avoid the separation between the 2 twin beds.

Very quiet, modern, easily accessible, comfortable, and convenient. Good size room, and good quality. The wifi is public. Everything else was great.
