Accessible to anywhere you want to go. Good place to stay if you are a tourist. Ants crawling around as soon as you get in. We were there for five days yet surprisingly no bite ants although they also were crawling on our bed. But I really appreciate the everyday tidying of our room by housekeeping and its respect for our stuff. It’s just a small room so you have no place really to put away your stuff. The room has no aircon, the bathroom has an open shower, no stall. The hotel is not cheap, but then again it is Paris. They charged for coffee. Our room was ground floor, but the street isn’t a busy one, so it wasn’t too noisy. Five days was manageable. I recommend this hotel to all if you want a relatively economical and simple place to stay.

Nothing. Waste of money

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the room wasnt that clean, the facilities were very basic (or less), there was a lot of noise from outside and from the walls that you could hear from the room. But the price was not that high, so I took this option.

The location was great! The neighborhood is very local, not at all touristic, and filled with great bars and restaurants

I'm drawing a blank. The location was abominable. I had to go out of town for a couple days and asked the proprietor if he could store a bag of mine while I was away--he steadfastly refused, though this would have been no skin off his nose. Instead, I had to waste an entire day of my life finding a place in Paris to store my stuff. When I lost a key instead of kindly replacing it--as has happened in literally every hotel I've ever stayed in during my life--the night proprietor, who seemed like the slow cousin of the main manager, sat and stroked his beard for about twenty minutes before deciding to charge me twenty euros for the privilege of opening my door. The lobby and staircase was so shabby and horrific I would recommend anyone contemplating making a microbudget horror movie to set an entire movie there. I hate to be coarse, but, with the exception of one young lady working the front desk briefly, this place is trash.

Cheap rate, quiet street. 24h receptionist in the building, who was very friendly. Coffee machine in the reception, but not free! The shower was moldy, the doors weren't waterproof.

Excellent location, close to metro station , people are so nice especially Dujerta and Wahid , extremely helpful, thank you so much I wish it has an elevator
-
Stairs carpets very dirty - the bedsheets aren’t cotton and you sweat a lot
-
no elevator or ac but that was expected.

Cheap way to spend a few days in Paris. Grungy Street but nice neighborhood. Basic. Dull room, view of cigarette butts and ugly walls.
-
The facilities need updating. The wifi was very bad. The walls are extremely thin and doors to each room are close together so you can hear everything. There were markings and dirt on the walls of my room.

They dont change towels/they do not change the bed even by request. Window is not opened at all. There is no AC, to ask fan, only in last day they give it to us. No sound insulation at all. No any fridge, even small one
