Not as closed to the center as other places I stayed at, but did not mind the extra steps. :)

The hotel was lovely and was very convenient for what we had to do. Was a bit hard to locate at night.

Really really enjoyed the stay. All the stuff was helpful and friendly. Room is clean everyday even the glass in the bathroom! And the free coffee and dessert were also very generously offered.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is great if you prefer not to be in the thick of a touristy area but within easy reach of everything. Room was a good size and comfortable and the bathroom wasn't cramped as can be the case with many smaller hotels. The breakfast provided a good range of foods and a pleasant setting. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I think the only thing I could list as a negative, and it really wasn't an issue for us, was a little general wear and tear in the room, for example carpets stains, scuffs on the walls. The room faced into the courtyard so no particular views but we were spending most of your time out and about anyway, so that was fine for us.

Safe location Nothing

staff were friendly and helpful - very courteous and made us feel at home the rooms were on the tighter side - but that is to be expected in older cities like Paris

Room was dark and needed better lighting. Mattress was uncomfortable. Was kindly offered a gluten free breakfast but unsuitable for a celiac, apart from hard boiled egg and dry crackers.The thought is there but lack of understanding of cross contamination unfortunately. Saying this there was no problem buying from nearby supermarket and eating in the dining room.

Really cute rooms. Staff was very, very nice and welcoming. Walkable area close to metro in a quiet neighborhood. Bed could be a little softer. For the price I paid wish breakfast was included.

Tremendous price/performance ratio. Great staff, breakfast was a bargain and really good. The room was quiet, AC worked fine, bathroom was very good. Small elevator (noted by most) but didn't present any problems. Quiet neighborhood but stillo close enough to major attractions via either metor or walking./

This place is a gem! The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully designed, with many places to sit and work during the day, water, seltzer, coffees and teas and cake in the lobby daily, well appointed rooms. Ask for a room on the street for best light exposure. The breakfast is totally worth it and the area calm and perfect for accessing the Metro. I could not give this place a higher rating! Not sure how they keep prices so low!

Great room, big bed. Quiet hotel. Great location, nearby trendy canal, supermarket and so bars, cafés and restaurants. Just a tad but to far from metro. But perfectly doable.

The hotel is excellent, it was the second time we stayed there and it was just as great as the first time. Room is not very big but very clean, breakfast is delicious, and coffee and pastry is available all day long. Lobby area is beautiful. Staff is very friendly, especially one guy whose name I don’t remember unfortunately, but we were told he works there from the beginning. Location is good, concord metro station is few mins walk, and a bit further is République with even more lines. Nearby is a beautiful park buttes chaumont (just 15 mins walk). The street across the hotel is quite noisy so if you are sensitive don’t forget ear plugs

Pros: • Great location, close to public transit • Many restaurants and cafes nearby • Comfortable bed, good bedding • Good air conditioning • Quiet and peaceful atmosphere Cons: • Very limited storage space, especially for longer stays – design seemed to take priority over functionality that could easily be fixed by adding some shelves/cubes by the bathroom door • Ice machine was often out of order and no other solution was provided by the employee on duty on the Sunday we arrived other than to go buy some ice at a nearby grocery store or go to a restaurant with a bucket supplied by the hotel to beg for some free ice… on weekdays, employees seemed eager to help • Small elevator but should be expected in an older building, we used the stairs as we were on the first floor

This hotel is a perfect spot for traveler's who want to explore Paris without being in the middle of the super touristy parts of the city. The property is beautiful and the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Excellent location with a metro stop just up the street and lots of local bistros and restaurants. Would highly recommend! Nothing.
