The jacuzzi is the best part of this experience. Bed is comfortable. Location is good and close to the metro and bus stations. The room is in the ground floor. It has no window (just big opaque window towards the street but you cannot open it and not much light passes through). Taking shower is not easy with the only shower head in the jacuzzi. Bathroom door is partially glass and not comfortable. There was a coffee maker, but only two coffee capsules were available for 2 persons and 3 nights (However I’m not sure if usually it’s on the host to provide them).

Great location close to the metro station but a little hard to find -- we had to call the property manager and they were helpful with helping us find it. Cute up-and-coming neighborhood, very lively, we never felt unsafe. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Place itself was just as we expected, and we enjoyed it! Wish there was a shower. Kinda sucks to have to bathe in the hot tub.

-Big, nice room -Air con and dehumifier [necessary as the windows don't open] -Fun sex toys and jacuzzi -Option to have the room cleaned mid-stay - so it's better than AirBnb! -Restaurants nearby -Metro nearby -Bathroom needs a hand towel hook -Jacuzzi settings lock themselves for no reason, turning it off can be tricky

The owner was very helpful, answered quickly and supported us with our requests. We were very happy and had a lot of fun with the jacuzzi and the special furniture. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we did.

Was changed from "apartment with jacuzzi" in l"ove apartment" two weeks ago. Is not a l"ove apartment". Appartamen ist at first level, without windows. You must open the door. Door for a bath are one iron door (like in garage)

Close to the station Pretty awful experience. The water went from boiling hot to freezing cold every few seconds. Messaged the owner and he made an excuse that its probably bc other people in the building are showering at the same time and it will get better later (which it never did). It was 31 degrees in paris and the room was boiling. No fan. No windows to open. Asked twice if there was any way we could get a desk fan or anything to which we got no response. Overall a pretty rubbish experience - if you're going to pay 150 Euros, you're better off getting a hotel or air bnb with facilities that work

No AC. Would not recommend visiting in the summer. No windows to open either. I also wish we had the opportunity for a private shower/bathroom.

Great location near from a metro station, which made easy all our trip. The room was big enough. I thought it was a hotel, but it works more like an Airbnb. There is no staff (which sometimes is good but others no). I was traveling with my daughter and the bathtub was just a few steps away from the bed, with no doors or anything to cover, so anytime we wanted to take a shower, the other one had to leave the room or stay in bed looking to the other way. For couples I think it could be a great room, but not for families. and the final 2 days nobody went to clean the room.

An excellent choice in Paris. Really nice, very comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood. Plus, you have quick Metro access to all the sights--Notre Dame is about 5 stops away and Arc de Triomphe is about 7 stops, all without having to change trains. We really enjoyed it here. Only complaint is that the WiFi didn't reach the far side of the room where the bed is well.

The jacuzzi was amazing, with many different equipments and options. Overall, the place was really pretty and modern, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend for a romantic stay.

The property was spacious and perfect for our long weekend away, right near the metro which you can get to anywhere you need to go. lovely and clean and the jacuzzi bath was relaxing. The staff were lovely too, very helpful. Everything was perfect, except there wasn’t many pillows on the bed which made it a bit uncomfortable and sometimes there was loud drilling and noises in the morning and the Bath seemed to leak underneath and make the towels wet.
