The staff were helpful & spoke good English. The room was air conditioned. The location was great. The carpet was outdated and worn out in the room. The toilet seat was broken & the location of the toilet had little leg room.

Comfortable beds. Elevator did not go down to the ground floor. Required pulling bags up a portable ramp( when it was in place).

Maybe there is one thing I didn't like, and it was the bathroom is really small.

The location is very convenient to move around the city, there are many different metro lines close to the hotel, the place is very safe you can walk around late at night without any problem. The staff was really good always willing to help you out. They all speak English very well, so this makes your stay even better. Maybe there is one thing I didn't like, and it was the bathroom is really small.
