Great location, and the free drinks across all Korners facilities was a really nice considerate touch. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room, although apparently the biggest on our floor, was a bit too cramped, the weird entrance with two opposing doors forced us into contortions.

The location was great and the check-in process was easy and straightforward. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there was some hair left in the shower when I arrived.

The Korner service, quality, breakfast. I choose this hotel as i stayed at another Korer in Paris before, but the room quality wasn't comparable. A small window looking into the courtyar, little natural light, smaller size of room.

Great location. Near Metro and convenient for getting to Canal St Martin area. Top floor room was nice and had good view. Very comfortable bed. The room was fairly basic but had what you need for a short stay. Breakfast was a buffet selection that was pretty good given the limited space. Breakfast is in the lobby and there isn't a separate dining room. OK but could potentially be lack of space if the hotel is busy.

The room itself was nice. We had a cute balcony that had that quintessential Parisian view (great view of Sacre Coeur). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of shelf space for toiletries. Everything was very clean. The elevator was small but functional. We were in France during the peak of the heat wave. We had very specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning because we knew this was a possibility. When we entered our room we found a mini-split unit above the door. We turned it on and found that it was blowing warm air with absolutely no power to the fan at all. We tried every setting. We went and spoke to the member of staff downstairs and they let us know that they were waiting for a technician to come because other rooms were having the same issue. I asked if they had any fans they could provide in the meantime because the temperature in the room was unbearable, but they said they didn’t (although they did have a fan for the front desk). When we returned that night they said a technician had come and fixed it, but when we got to the room, there was no change at all. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. I ended up on the balcony for hours because the room was unbearable. The next morning we spoke to another person at the front desk and they said they would let the manager know. When we returned they said a technician had come and it was fixed now. Again, we returned to the room to no change in temperature or air. The heat wave broke that night, so the last couple of days of our stay were fine. Their air conditioning system clearly just couldn’t handle that level of heat, which I understand, but they should have informed us of this prior to our arrival, provided fans for the rooms, and offered some sort of compensation. We paid hundreds of dollars a night for a room that we could not be in comfortably for any amount of time.

The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and the extra bed was comfortable for my daughter. The room had a lovely step out balcony with views of the Sacré-Coeur Basilica. The location was close to restaurants, bus stop and train station. Coffee maker in the room would be nice to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. The 2 entrance doors to the room was a bit awkward and makes it difficult to enter the room. List of tv channels as it was difficult to locate channel for Wimbledon tennis and soccer world cup games.
