Fantastic location, easy to get anywhere. One of the metro station exits is literally outside the hotel. The room for a couple was spacious and has air con. The staff were really nice. There is 24/7 staff and you leave the key with them whenever you leave the hotel (after a couple of days one of the staff would hand over our room key without us needing to tell him our number!)

Good location, great security, comfortable room, AC and water pressure was great - all around everything you could need WiFi didn’t work very well in the room. Better on lower levels, but the staff was so kind and offered me a room switch as well as helped when needed. All in all, not a huge issue…but became problematic sometimes with working when I needed.

Booked for my parents, they loved their stay here. Said the location was fantastic and staff was even better. AC worked perfectly through the heat, outside sound did not come in when window was closed. No weird smells.

Staff were excellent, the room was nice and large and very clean, and they had lots of travel guides in the lobby for people to read. Unfortunately, the hotel sits above a metro line and about every 7 to 9 minutes there was noise, kind of like soft thunder and mild vibration as the train passed. Also, they have a strange air conditioning set up where the air conditioning automatically turns itself off after a couple of hours. This can be quite annoying during a heat wave! When you leave your room, and it’s nice and cool, unfortunately, you know you’re gonna be returning to a room that is hot. The hotel really needs to address this in the current climate, literally, of frequent heat waves in the summer.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, they really went above and beyond for us during our stay. The location was great, we felt safe and were close to metro stations. Nothing!

It is an older building with dated decor, but the location and cleanliness for the price were great. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. Only slight improvement would be the buffet breakfast in the basement. Skip it and enjoy the cafe next door or one of the many restaurants nearby.
