They tried to charge us tourist tax on children when it wasn't payable, and the booking clearly showed us the ages of the children. They told us that they would refund 10% of the deposit due to the disruption caused by the building work and we still haven't got our money back

First of all, the location was great as a base to more or less everything. Communication with staff was always helpful and even though there wasn't many questions from our side they were fast in answering them. Everything was clean and tidy. Don't get me wrong, it isn't a luxury suite but you get what you pay for.

Location and cleanliness The space was EXTREMELY TIGHT! I do not think it should be advertised as a place for more than 2 people!! This made it super uncomfortable!

Location great. Very peaceful. The bedroom was very small, but understand for the price in central Paris, that's the deal. Sachets of tea/coffee/a biscuit or two would have been nice.

Nothing The entrance had smelling trash bin. The door leading upstairs had dirty carpets leading to the second floor. Very difficult carrying luggage. The room was like a match box, no place for two couples. Only one room had door, the other was open. This was not a two bedroom apartment as advertised. Very disappointed, not value for money.

It was clean.. The "appartement is really really reaaally small. We understand that but I think is not that clear in the pictures and in the description. In the pictures you can actually see a table (like a bar) with chairs.. we didn't have any chairs, so we didn't have ANY space for seating, for take a coffe in the morning, there is just the beds, and the two rooms are connected, so for go to toilet you have to cross the other "room".. but really the worst was the chairs, I even asked for them, because in the pictures you can see them.. and it was not answer, I insist we understood that the place it was small (22m), there was a tv as well but we had to seat in the floor or stay up..

The room was dirty, therefore delaying our check-in by several hours . The customer service was uncooperative and they repeatedly told me that someone would contact me when in fact no one did

Location is great. Close to metro, easily walk to city center. A lot of good cafes, restaurants, boulangeries were around. The apartment is small, but include everything you need. White linings and towels After three days of staying, they proposed to empty bins, change lining and towels. Great we thought. But after two days nobody didn't do this. I reminded. They did what promised but forgot partially new lining.
