Excellent location in Paris, very close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Both the room and the bathroom were a good size and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. This was clearly mentioned when booking, so it was not unexpected, but during our stay temperatures in Paris reached 36–37°C, which made the room quite uncomfortable, especially at night. Overall, a very good stay, particularly for the excellent location and friendly staff. -

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning. However, they did provide a fan, which was helpful.

Disappointing

The location is perfect is next to galeries lafeyatte. The hotel is very clean and it is cleaning everyday. The beds are comfortable. There is no air conditioner, it would be because of building structure, to improve this hotel put 3 fans to our room but in hot summer time we looked forward the AC. And there is no refrigurator. Rest is very good.

Location was quite good and very convenient, place quiet and room feature were convenient and quiet The fact you need pay 5 euros/luggage for left luggage first time I see that! During the night my body was quite itchy and don't understand why? bugs in bed?

Not all was bad in our two day stay. The hotel cleaned our room and changed the towels. On top they got a plus for closing the windows and curtains to keep the sun out our very warm room. We hired a superior plus room. It was not that at all. The floor was uneven, meaning the beds were not horizontal and you tend to roll to one side. There was insufficient place, like it is a room for a double bed and a third small bed was added to it. We had no place to place the suitcases. In the bathroom the shower worked, but I could not stand up. The ceiling in the shower was only like 6ft 3" high. Next to that it was in a busy street with lots of noise and you must keep the windows open because of the heat in the room. There is not any airco. just two ventilators of which one did not work. Not recommended!

Exceptional

Staff were so friendly and rooms were tidied everyday. We stayed when it was hot so they gave us 3 fans to cool us down which were sufficient! Nothing. Everything was great.

Good looking rooms Don’t go to this hotel if is above 24 degrees C outside. They don’t have AC and even if the room is comfy it’s impossible to sleep.
-
At least the wifi worked. Where to start. The room was incredibly small. The ceiling lights didn't work. The bathroom fan didn't work. It had no AC which would be fine if they had proper fans. But they did not. They provided 2 weak fans. We did not sleep for two nights.
-
Not much good to say about this hotel except its location right next to Galeries Lafayette / Opera. If you need to sleep-over, might be a fine option, but definitely not when its hot as there's no AC - beware Made a big mistake booking this hotel last-minute for a night during our lay-over in Paris. Missed the fact that the hotel does not have an AC available, and it was 33 outside. Yuck. Plus the rooms are quite small. Would have been fine if it had AC
