Location and good AC in the room. Three person with couch bed option was convenient and made things more comfortable. WiFi connection was good. Mold in the shower and bathroom

The staff was excellent. The room, bathroom and lobby was very well maintained and very clean. The Queen sized bed was very comfortable. Very friendly, spoke English (which helped). The breakfast was OUTSTANDING and the location was great as it was very close to the Arc d' Triomphe and many great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Coming from America I am used to a much larger bedroom even in lower end hotels. There were three of us (my wife and adult son) and the room (I was told later) was a typical sized room for Paris. The room was approximately 12'x15' and contained one Queen sized bed and a twin sized sofa bed and a small desk. It worked fine for us during our 3 night stay but the twin bed would have been appreciated if it was 6" longer. The air conditioner in our room was disconnected from service for one night for a reason we never learned.

Room was clean and spacious enough for a couple and a child. The location is perfect. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel ! I would have loved having a small microwave in the room. However the staff was very accommodating: anytime I wanted to heat food, they just did it for me.
