Nice hotel

We liked everything about our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the room very comfortable, communication with the staff easy. We enjoyed cooling down in the Hotel's Pool after a long walk, and we especially enjoyed the deep-tissue massage. We felt the tention in our bodies disappear. We were even able to leave our bags in the Hotel Lobby after our check-out until our Airport Transfer arrived. Getting to the Metro station was easy, since the location of the Hotel is so close to the Arc de Triomphe. We also had access to a small balcony which was very useful.

The swimming pool and the bed comfort. The check-in was not available until 2pm and we just arrived from international flight with 2 small babies,1 year old and 3 years. We asked them if the kids could take a shower somewhere, it seems impossible even if the shower spa was available, they were quite rude. Once we came back, they were asking us to pay the city tax right now, my son of 1 year old exhausted was crying. I was asking the receptionist if I can come back in 30min once I have put him in the room and calm down, and he urged me to pay right now, even if we paid already the room of 450 euros a night. I couldnt understand how they couldn't wait 30min for me to come back. I really do not recommend it to any family who is staying in Paris, do not stay here they are very very rude and not accommodating, which is insane for a 4 star hotel :(

A hotel very close to tourist spots and train stations. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff’s service was very good. Very small rooms. Difficult with suitcases.

The location and breakfast, room was clean

We expected more from a four-star hotel in Paris. The bathroom in our room was quite small, there was no refrigerator, and the breakfast was very limited. There were not even a self-service coffee machine, we had to ask the waiter for tea or coffee.
