Very kind and friendly staff, great location with good access to all attractions, good value. Small rooms but not that it’s a big deal?.

The A/C. I was there during the heat dome in Europe. An overpriced room could have at least had a refrigerator. It did not.
-
The property is very nice, clean room and good air conditioning. The location is very hectic outside especially at night can feel a bit unsafe.
-
Room was extremely small. Good location with bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean with updated features. Staff was friendly.. Very close to metro line 4 with good rail access to rest of city and major attractions.

Location and breakfast

Clean, friendly atmosphere, very nice location

Very small room
-
Some locations near where not in the best of upkeep. If you understand what I'm saying.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice breakfast included. The decor is cute. The hotel has an elevator. Small but adequate room. Good price for Paris. Half hour walk to the Seine. Lots of restaurant options close by. The location is in a very busy and loud neighborhood. Unfortunately while we were there the closest metro line was closed for repairs so the bus line was really overcrowded.

Honestly adorable staff and clean place. Comfy and good value for the price. Can’t ask for more

The staff were excellent. They were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is busy and has lots of restaurants and bars all around. The metro stations were within walking 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms were small and walls super thin. The shower was a little hard to get into as it had a high tub you had to step in and out of. You could sit on edge and swing in and out if needed.

The hotel is affordable compared to many other hotels in Paris. The staff is also super friendly. The wifi was very fast. It's in a good location in walking distance from Gare du Nord and metro staton Chateau d'Eau and there is a small supermarket across the street plus lots of restaurants etc nearby. The hotel is extremely noisy: I could hear the couple in the room next to me argue and then have sex almost every night. I got woken up several times at night by the doors to other rooms closing. The carpet in the room was dirty: I wore white socks and the soles all became brownish after a bit of walking in the room. The bathroom smelled mouldy. The elevator was broken for the duration of my stay which is not great if you're on a higher floor. The interior of the room looked quite old. All of this is not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Location was nice Was not sound proof. I could hear next door very clearly. Woke up multiple times when neighbors got in and out

Someone tried to come into my room. Room was not clean and too small and expensive
-
The staff Tiny little room
-
The location was great, easy to get to the airport and to the tourist areas. They give free water. The room was tiny, I was alone, but I defenetly wouldn't recommend staying there with your partner. The hotel and the room have a very strong, perfumed mint smell, I didn't like. The bed and the pillows were hard as rock. The breakfast was very basic. The room had old stains. There was no space to put my make up and hair products in the bathroom.

The hotel is OK. The rooms are too small for the price. It is well located. I have stayed in better places in Paris.

Thin walls, I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. The hotel is right across the street from a music venue, which meant loud noise until 2am
