The staff were very very nice and the hotel was clean The location of the hotel was not good and feels quite unsafe especially after 8 clock ,me and my sister we come to the hotel around 9pm but we were so so scared in the way from the bus stop to the hotel. I mean i like the hotel but i will near stay in this hotel because of its location .

This was in a quiet and safe area of Paris with a good range of cafes, and very close to metro station (Chateau d'eau) which we found to be an excellent location to get to centre and main rail stations. There was a friendly and helpful staff member at reception who made us welcome arriving on a hot day. Nice toiletries and soaps in bathrooms. We are very much looking forward to returning to the hotel in the near future. It was rather expensive but all hotels were expensive in Paris, and the balcony was a bit small for us both to fit on but this is the same as all of the buildings in that area of Paris. One issue was that the shower did not work properly, it was scalding hot and no method of changing that. We reported it as would be dangerous. At the time the staff member we told as we checked out did not appear interested in the problem. However after bringing that to the attention of the excellent manager, we were kindly given a gesture to say sorry for the shower problem.

CLEANE & COMFORTABLE HOTEL, ROOM VERY SMALL. STAFF NICE. TOLD ON ARRIVAL THAT BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED THEN WHEN WE CHECKED OUT WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST. THANKFULLY, WE WERE NOT CHARGED. NEIGHBOURHOOD WAS A LITTLE ROUGH THOUGH NEAR CLOSEST METRO STATION.

Close to the Marais and far enough from Gare de Nord and E’st to make them an easy walk but outside the tourist traps close to the train station. It was excellent and the staff were all very friendly.
