Breakfast was as expected,very satisfactory. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. In a busy area, the place felt secure. I would only mention two things. The infusion bags available on the first night were never renewed. Breakfast was disturbed by the staff working in the same room and talking in loud voices.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would also like to highlight the staff member at the reception on my last day – he was very helpful, polite, and kindly assisted me with storing my luggage. There was a serious issue with my booking. Although my reservation was confirmed on Booking.com, upon arrival I was informed that the price was incorrect and I was required to pay a significantly higher amount. This situation was confusing and stressful.

Close to metro. Close to Gare du Nord (10 min walk)-Hotel easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tight, good for 2 adults -not 4. No air conditioner working (maybe there is none-just heater) in the room we stayed, so we tried opening the window, but there is a bar right next to the hotel that is open until 2 am, so loud voices and lots of smoking....so stayed hot and muggy. I am pretty sure booking.com charged me for the city Tax, but I was charged again when I left. Trying to dispute this.

I had a renovated room which was very decent for the price. I saw some horrible reviews of prior guests but I had a very fine stay. I am a solo women traveler and all was clean, comfortable, nice desk concierge and overall good value for money. The location is excellent, very safe neighborhood

The friendly staff. Asked for a early check in and my request was accepted Had to drop the keys anytime I left the room

The location was perfect. The manager / owner who worked daytime hours on the weekdays, was extremely helpful and fluent in English. He helped me out several times. Restaurant recommendation was perfect and locations on the map that he gave me were perfect. All much appreciated.
