It was clean, warm and the location was good for my stay. Bus stops and metro stops within 5-10 mins It was a bit loud the last night, so it doesn’t have sound proofing

The hotel is in a pretty good location for the arrondissement and for getting around. Elevator missing. Not ideal when you have lot of luggage.

Booked this hotel for my family and they liked it.

All was clean, the staff was kind. We liked everything very much. Only the kettle in the room didn’t work, but that’s all.

When we got to the room, I was a little disappointed to see crumbs on the chair and dust/hair on the floor... Considering this is not a budget hotel, it was a little odd that they only provided one towel per person and there was no toilet paper holder. When they cleaned the room on the last day, they filled the shower gel with water instead of providing a new bottle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, just a short walk to the metro and had a few places to eat nearby. Plus a grocery store just a block away. Food stains on the ceiling, mold stains in the shower. Very loud people above us, also very loud door locks with the metal keys that are still in use. (Need to update door locks to cards)
