The air conditioning didn’t work very effectively

Excellent staff (Henry and Abdella were very helpful and informative), great location, everything was functional, grocery stores and transit close by

Since I didn't recieved the code that was needed to enter the hotel nor the room, I had to deal with all this situation in which around an hour and 15 mins were lost for no reason. A friend of mine came to the hotel and she translated to me and to the employee, she said she heard my room wasn't available but the employee quickly gave me a room information, so that was not an actual problem and was resolved with no further delays.

I’m especially grateful for the upgrade. Very accommodating entrance staff.

Lovely apart hotel in a good location, easy to walk to metro to access all that Paris has to offer!

Apartment was clean at the start of my stay, bed was comfortable and staff were accommodating and responsive. I took a shower and the shower drain immediately clogged and overflowed into the bathroom. The staff were responsive and came up to assess the situation immediately by giving me towels to soak up the water and assuring me that a plumber would come by to fix the drainage the next morning. Not only did the plumber never arrive to fix the drainage, but the cleaners never removed the towels that were soaking up the water. As such, it created a powerful mildew scent which emanated throughout the entire unit and the bathroom remained out of commission for the rest of my stay.

Location. Place was in disrepair. Toilet seat was only connected on one side, taps were loose, air conditioning didn’t work. Coffee maker was broken. Basic amenities were lacking - face cloths and hand soap. Staff were nice when they were there but were only present 15:00 to 20:00 hours. Chat was supposed to be available 24/7 but they couldn’t help with the broken AC.

Room was very cozy and clean, great view! Check in and check out are a bit later/early than standard and that was a bit inconvenient.

The location was quiet and lovely (less touristic) and the room was beautiful and small. It was perfectly cozy for 1 person. The main lobby bathroom is very small and lacks a mirror. I dropped off luggage because I arrived early and changing clothes in that bathroom was difficult (and I’m thin!). Not having a mirror also made it hard to refresh my face after a flight.

people were very helpful speaking my native language (Spanish) when I arrived there. I liked that you have a common place where you can take coffee, toilet paper, clean towels.... Small kitchen with all amenities is provided that gives more flexibility than old school hotels. Air fan was not working or we couldn't make it work, the room was a little bit hot when we were inside

The location was excellent, and the service was incredibly attentive. They spoke French, Spanish, and English. They even helped me with transportation from the hotel to the airport, as my flight was very early

The room was AMAZING! The furnishing of the room was delightful. Very fresh yet cosy. Great location. Will 100% be coming back

Lighting was insufficient at night in main room.

The room, the bathroom and the soap/ shampoo etc., the view, the balcony, and that you could make some food in the kitchenette. The remote for the tv was not easy to use. And could have a kitchen towel to dry crockery.

The room had ants, both big and small all over the bathroom and bedroom floor. The picture of the facility looked NOTHING like what is posted online. The room was not clean. When I turned the comforter back, there was a black shoe print on the inside of the comforter. We had a lot of things going wrong - outside of this reservation - so we only spoke minimally to the staff, if in fact anyone was even there.

Location of the property is very convenient for going anywhere in Paris. Clean property, very friendly staff and hassle free process. Nothing. Ir was perfect for us.
