Nice staff and location The Ac was not working at times. They were nice enough to provide a fan. Overall good experience

The courtesy of staff to help. They also gave us free breakfast as a token of apology for the inconveniences we had. The room size was good. It's hard to find in europe. The bathroom had a weird smell. The AC and some of the lights were not working properly but they gave us a fan so that was ok. The property could have been maintained more.

The bed was very comfortable and the location is great. The shower was not great, a bit of an update would be nice.

This hotel is ideally situated to explore Paris on foot. The room was a decent size, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. We were able to store our luggage with the hotel for the day after checkout at no extra charge. The hallways and elevator were very narrow, but this is extremely common in Parisian buildings - not a problem for us as we were travelling for one night, but worth noting if you have a lot of luggage. The French doors in the first floor room opened onto the street, which was great for allowing in a breeze, but the street got pretty noisy in the morning. Not a fault of the hotel, of course.
-
Elevator and corridor very tiny; ventilation in the room not optimal; a cabinet door in the corridor could not close properly and once blocked our room door to get out.

Well located, tall gentleman at the front desk was really helpful and friendly with a warm reception all the time. Clean and a few steps of metro station and Lafayette. Room was little only for a solo traveler

The room is smaller than pictured

Great quality place to stay! Very central and easy to get to, staff was lovely and very accommodating. Hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.
-
It was a bit noisy, because I was near the elevator. Overall, it was good value.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its a very quiet area, yet many attractions are within walking distance or a short metro ride away. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. The staff were also fantastic: rhey were attentive, polite, corteous and helpful and deserve a big praise. At first, i was a little worried because other reviews said you could hear the metro beneath the hotel. However, that wasn‘t the case at all unless maybe you specifically focus on it. Over all a great hotel and I definitely planning on coming back The showers could be updated with only one tap to regulate the water temperature instead of two.

The staff is wonderful, very nice and helpful. They offer free croissants and coffee every day. The location is pretty convenient; we walked everywhere we needed to. The "sofa bed" in the 3-guest room is a single bed and only appropriate for children; it wouldn't be comfortable for a grown adult. The AC/heater malfunctioned towards the end of our stay. We were there in late December, so it was noticeable. They offered a stand-alone option, but it was only available for one of our rooms, as they didn't have many of them. The rooms are on the small side and a bit dark.

Everything is excellent, considering it is a three-star hotel. The staff is simply superb: nice, helpful, kind, extremely professional.

Everything was wonderful. The location is great, with a metro station very, very near. It is close to great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The staff of the hotel are simply first class!

The location was excellent. Within walking distance of shopping & dining options. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. A little trivial, but was unable to get news & updates on in room tv.

Spacious room in a good location The room had a very strong smell of dampness, which made it impossible to sleep. I kept waking up every 20 minutes because of the odor. While the room was spacious and the bed was a good size, these positives don’t matter if you cannot sleep at night. This seems to be a known issue to people who work there but they don't care to fix it. In addition, the elevator did not work consistently. You can hear the metro up to 1am. I would definitely not suggest it to anyone.

Great location. Very tiny corridors and lobby (typical to many french hotels in this range) but the rooms were huge (compartively). Nice selection of body wash and shampoo and very comfy big beds We are deep sleepers so it doesn't bother us that much but you hear the traffic and the metro outside. We were there in July 2025 (peak season) but could sleep without any interruptions. The lift is TINY! and the corridors are narrow. But the room made up for the space
