Only the location The staff are very rude and not customers orientated. The room had ants and wasn't clean. The WiFi was down almost all the days.

The room for a family of 4 was a good size. Very quiet street, but a few roads away, we can find lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets. The room was super clean; every day they cleaned it and it was nice and lovely. Air condition worked very well too. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. We decided we could go to a patisserie outside and eat the amazing French cakes. At least two different ones around. The reception team was lovely and let us leave our luggage there while the room was not ready and also on the last day. We can walk to metro, 3 different lines at least around. Lovely stay. Thank you

Location and price. Room and premises were clean and tidy. Room was fairly small and slightly under equipped. W had to ask for mugs even though they provided a kettle.

really nice staff, perfect space for one person, clean, had AC the street was a little quiet which got a little scary late at night but was totally fine, and they had someone in the lobby all night
