The location was great! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of outlets and closet space with good hangers. Kitchen area was perfect! Both fan remotes only worked with the fan above the larger bed. As a result, the single bed sleeping area was very warm. We tried to request help with the fan and kept being told somebody would check it and then we’re just sent the same instructions we already had. We would’ve preferred more towels and had to request toilet paper several times before it was provided.

The rooms were clean The apartment was close to public transport, with 4 metro stations within 5 minutes. Whilst we appreciated having a second bed space, the second bed area was open to the apartment. You had to walk through the main room (with a bed nook), to access the toilet, bathroom or other bedroom. It's very secure. Online support and comms from the WS team was very good. I wouldn't describe it as deluxe. It was functional There is no onsite assistance (a problem when we locked ourselves out, albeit temporarily) There was no comfortable seating to sit or eat, inside or in a communal area

location was great the only window opens to an internal area where you see everyones windows and then area downstairs I assume a restaurant so get get quite smelly. Bear in mind if you travel here in summer it's very hot and no air flow, no air con. If you have mobility issues it wouldn't suit as there is no room to move, cupboards are really high not good for someone to have to climb on stools to reach items in the cupboard. Definitely not a superior studio. They need a laundry area in the building There is no 24 hour reception as advertised Very small I don't think it was worth the price

You can hear the vibration from the metro trains passing underground every two minutes until around midnight. I needed earplugs to sleep.

The room wasn't extremely clean, especially the bathroom. Also, the shower head is broken - if you want to pick it up from the support the shower head will fall off in room 24. Besides, the toilet paper was missing - but I contacted the staff and they brought us some pretty soon. Overall, it was okay.

Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping and tourist attractions. Very tiny space. There was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom and we found a mouse trap under a table. This place also requests for all guests to pay a tourist city tax and to deposit the money in an envelope by the entrance to the rooms. Be very careful and check your room booking receipt. We already paid this tax when we booked the room and therefore should not have to pay again . We would have paid twice if we didn’t look back at our receipt from booking.

location and amenities around the uneven floor layout with steps needs particular attention.

Nothing horrible service Dirty room upon 8 hours of travelling, no compensation

The location is good, the bed was comfortable, the room was stylish. All the doors were accessed via codes, it was nice not having to carry the keys. The building has an elevator which is nice Despite being on floor 2, you can still hear the subway go by under the building. The bathroom has poor ventilation and smells like mildew. Booking . Com says this place has a front desk- it does NOT.

Poor ventilation due to the apartment being too small. The toilet sink didnt work.

The bed was a bit too hard and, if one plans to stay longer, then washer would be a great add, but these are just minor complaints. Overall, that is a good bargain, and we like it a lot.

Great location - walking to Montmartre, a lot of great breakfast-lunch-dinner options around… Clean safe rooms (not that large but normal for a capital), good bed, good shower. All code-based impersonal check in - worked well. Pretty audible street - neighbour ambient noises.

1) You cannot be advertising this as a deluxe apartment for 2 people with 2 separate spaces. The photos are completely misleading. This apartment can accommodate one person or a couple sharing. The smaller bed (probably designe for a child) is in a tiny space between the kitchenette and the bedroom. 2) You cannot have 3 people and one window. The whole apartment is a sort of corridor leading up to the window. 3) We received code and check-in information on time but... The managers clearly use an AI translator so some of the directions they gave made absolutely no sense. When I asked for clarification I received automated messages or messages that repeated the same information. For instance, they wrote we had to leave the city tax in a mailbox by the property entrance. First I realized they actually meant the building entrance and not the whole condo. Then found the mailboxes and there was non that read 'CITY TAX' drop-off. In the end I was told I could leave it in the apt, but I wasted 20 min trying to figure out where to leave the money. Overall, not a place I would ever recommend for this price!

Property was situated in a good area and perfect size for one person. It was small but didn’t need anything more or less and had nice windows to outside that sealed out the noise but gave nice light when you need it. The property was easy to access with codes although it’s easy to forget them so there’s pros and cons of each. The staff were quick to respond over messaging. There were a few hairs on the bed which made me wonder if they changed the sheets or not from the last guest.

The location is really good and the description to get into the apartment was very good. The mirrors made the apartment seem larger. The shower was leaking, so the bathroom kept flooding. The windows did not keep out noise, so it was loud in the house and the street noise too
