Everything was great: the location (it's a two minutes-walk away from the Madeleine), the facilities (the room was cozy and clean) and the staff (we had issues with the mini-fridge in our room and they kept in their fridge the food we bought). Nothing! Everything was great.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and I really appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Some of the furniture is quite old and could use an update. The bathroom could also be better equipped with toiletries, as only shampoo and shower gel were provided.

A.c was not working infact they had switched it off and were pretending that it was not working in hot weather Bed linen could have been better in cleanliness

The hotel is a cozy place; there are some defects, of course, but it also gives the romantic atmosphere you want in Paris. The room was great, big enough for our family of 3 people. The kitchen in the room is a great plus if you have children and want to cook something w/o going out for lunch or dinner. The cooling system was perfect and, with a good window, kept our room cool. The bath was renewed and well done. Special positive comment for the bed, very, very comfortable. Last but most important: the hotel employees are GREAT, they were very kind and supported us in any needs. Thanks a lot. A few things to improve: better dust cleaning (cooling system and heater in the bath have dust), especially for allergic people, and I suggest improving the ventilator in the bath, not sure if all the humidity will be taken out; it can cause damage to the wall in the long run.

Location was great. Close to Opera and Metro and Bus. Very nice restaurants and bars close by. Easy to reach all major tourist highlights, like the Eiffel Tower.
