It’s always a pleasure to return. From the elegant atmosphere to the warm welcome and impeccable service, every stay feels special. This time, we had the chance to enjoy a historical tour of the hotel, including the meeting rooms, which was truly marvellous. A wonderful hotel that never disappoints

staff and location

Very nice building with history. Very helpful and friendly personel and good level of services provided. Also the hotel has an amazing location in a walking distance to all main things you might want to see in Paris and metro stations are also very close to the hotel. The breakfast is not really a 5-star hotel level - it's good but just not the one you expect to have in a 5-star hotel. Also I indicated that we were traveling with a 10-year old child but an extra bed was not prepared in advance. Our room had a pretty old renovation and, for example, the door to the toilet would not close normally - and this is not very convenient when you live with two other people in one room.

Location Extremely disappointing experience. The service was terrible from beginning to end. The most frustrating part was that they refused to issue me an invoice, which is completely unacceptable for a legitimate business. To make matters even worse, they charged me an additional fee for the exact same people who were already included in my confirmed reservation. This business lacks transparency, professionalism, and respect for its customers. Being charged extra after confirming a reservation and then being denied an invoice is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not be returning.

Location and decor and vibe of the hotel. No AC. It was not working! The bed mattress was horrible. I have to order an extra bed, and I was surprised that they charged me!! Thought the mattress really felt old and overused !!

Breakfast was good. You can sit in the conservatory or out side. Nice choice but not huge. location was great. So easy to walk to all the tourist sites etc The air con could have been cooler. Although it was 36c the weekend we were there so I expect it was just over stretched.

The inside garden where you can have a drink from the bar, it's nice and secluded in summer. I wasn't even sure if I was in the right hallway on the 4th floor as it felt like a service one, poorly decorated with low ceiling. The room felt like a 4-star hotel, it was OK but I don't understand why this is labeled a 5-star room. Also the A/C wasn't working, starting and stopping all the time (some false contact in the panel; the serviceman came, fiddled with it and managed to make it work again, but it seemed like if I would touch it again, it would fail).

Loved the fact this hotel was built for the family who are now running it as a hotel.

As a result of these conditions, I developed high blood pressure and a severe migraine, making it impossible to rest or enjoy my stay. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially during extreme heat. I will be sharing my experience with my Instagram audience of over 600,000 people because travelers deserve to know what to expect. This situation could have posed a serious health risk, particularly for guests with medical conditions. I expected professionalism and basic hospitality, but unfortunately received neither.
