Staff were lovely, very helpful. Rooms were very cleab One staff member (concierge) was rude when we said thank you in English, he replied in french ‘its not hard to say merci’. A shame as the rest of the staff were so nice

Very convenient location, friendly staff Our room was on the last floor, rooftop hence too small with sloping ceiling, not comfortable. Try not to get into top floor.

The breakfast was very nice and the hotel staff, particularly the front desk were exceptional. A reason I would return to this hotel. I couldn't adjust the air-condition and it was too cool for me. I asked different people and no one seemed to have had the answer, one person said it seemed to be broken.
