Nice location and staff. Small but okay breakfast The power went out several times during my stay. I understand that technical issues can happen and that the hotel did their best to solve the problem, but we received zero information and had to repeatedly ask for updates. We have also yet to receive any compensation. The situation significantly affected our stay, and unfortunately, we did not feel that it was handled well.

The staff are friendly, and the place is comfortable and clean. The air conditioning is cold, but it runs for a few hours and then stops completely. When contacting the reception, they say there is no problem. On the last day, at around 11 p.m., the power went out completely. It would stay off for a while, come back on for a few minutes, and then go out again. This continued for more than three hours. When the power finally returned, the air conditioning stopped working entirely. There was no apology or compensation. Most of the issues were related to the air conditioning, and repair requests were not handled seriously.

Air conditioner was working perfectly , bed was comfortable.. Very small room, they had a coffee machine but only 2 coffee pods/ on asking every time only one pod was given..then why keep the machine in the room??

We loved the location, and the staff members who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. The rooms are quite small.
