Long overdue review here for Hotel de L’arcade & their good staff. We stayed here June 16-21 2026. The hotel location in Madeleine is centrally located in quiet area & only 5-15 minutes walk from many attractions like Madeline Church, Place de la Concorde, Tuleries Garden , Blvd Haussmann,Opera Garnier and many others. 5 minute walk to a Madeleine Metro Station.Room was fairly big and hotel was maintained well. The staff were very friendly & helpful. My wife got sick and Adrian , Ana helped her to get a doctor to the hotel to see her. We were grateful the staff were friendly & helpful. We would stay here again on our next Paris trip.

Hotel has AC! It's a must for heatwave and this was the important issue in our trip. Room was clean and spacious for a Paris hotel. Location was superb. Close to restaurants, shopping areas also the metro, bus etc. You can store your luggage if you leave later. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay. There's nothing actually.

J’ai surtout été déçu par le manque de transparence concernant les frais. Avant de réserver, il était clairement indiqué sur le site que le parking était gratuit. Pourtant, à mon arrivée, on m’a informé que le parking n’était pas gratuit et j’ai dû payer 45 € pour une seule nuit. J’ai trouvé cela particulièrement trompeur et inacceptable. J’ai également eu l’impression que l’établissement cherchait constamment à faire payer des frais supplémentaires aux clients. Les informations communiquées avant la réservation ne correspondaient pas à la réalité sur place En plus du prix de la chambre, on m’a également demandé de payer séparément une taxe de séjour à Paris. C’était la première fois que j’entendais parler de cette taxe et je n’avais pas été clairement informé de ce coût supplémentaire au moment de la réservation. Avec les 45 € de parking pour une seule nuit, cela a rendu mon séjour encore plus coûteux et décevant.

We adored our stay here. The staff was exceptional, very kind and helpful. The location was within walking distance of all the big sights. The room was clean and high quality, and we had a beautiful view from the terrace.

I like that we got the big suite room which was nice and comfortable. I didnt quite like that the aircon was quite hot but there was a heatwave when we stayed so I think the aircon capacity was not enough to handle the heat outside.
