Location, receptionists, staff and breakfast were superb. The elevator kept breaking down, which after a long day of walking was a nuisance.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent. I would have preferred a less firm mattress

Air conditioning weak

Definitely a budget friendly experience. Not the cleanest not the most comfortable. Beds are stiff. Carpeting and 40% efficient air conditioners made me develop a dry cough that has been rough to shake. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. I only sleep, shower and use the facilities. Don’t pay for luxury

Allowed us to stay one more night in Paris

The price was a little expensive, as the hotel isn't in the heart of latin quarter, and the room was average, for that price i would had expected a better room

The location was near the metro and in a decent area. The shower had good water pressure The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, the elevator was broken and I was put on the 3rd floor (the other option was the 6th floor), they told us the lift would be fixed tomorrow basically everyday that we were there and it never got fixed. The beds were really hard, the blankets were stained and crusty, the AC wasn’t cold and it was extremely loud, the hotel itself was really ugly and the view wasn’t a “garden view” it was the back of another building

The room was small but most are in Paris.

Room was very small

This is a great spot that is centrally located for walking. Very close to the Sorbonne and the bars and restaurants of the Latin Quarter, easy walking distance to Jardin du Luxembourg, Notre Dame, and the Pantheon. There's a really good coffee shop (Noir) and a boulangerie at the intersection of Rue du Cardinal Lemoine right down the street. Lots of little cafes to grab a bigger breakfast if you're looking for more. If you're interested in authentic Chinese noodles, try TranTranZai for dinner, near the Pantheon and right next to several good bars for after dinner drinks. Our room was tiny, with barely enough space for two people and luggage, but it's Paris and that seems par for the course. Beds were comfortable and the AC was good. The bathroom was a tiny closet but serviceable. It has a combination tub/shower, so if you have mobility issues it may be awkward to get in and out. They have a left luggage service downstairs but we did not need it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It isn't a luxury hotel, but for the price and location I'd definitely stay again. Most hotel rooms in Paris are quite small and there isn't much you can do to change that, but it was a little cramped for two people. On the other hand, it's Paris, so you won't be in your room that much anyway.

Room was quiet and clean. Location of the hotel is close to the metro and bus stations so easily accessible. Even RER station is nearby. Hotel staff was also nice and helpful.

The breakfast was great value, many choices and so very convenient. The location was great. We were able to walk from Gare Lyon though it was a big challenging with the number of bags we had. The hotel was at the edge of the Latin quarter, close to the Seine and Notre Dame and on the subway route. The room and hotel was very clean and the staff both at the front desk and in the breakfast room were very helpful. The hotel was quiet and the bed, though only a double instead of queen size, was comfortable. The room was the smallest I have ever had. It was stuck in between the elevator and the stairwell which took precious space from the room. The bathroom was very small and had an old tiny tub rather than a stand alone shower. If you are checking in here be sure to ask to avoid this room on every floor. Probably it would be rooms 11, 21,31 and 41.

Great location, within walking distance of most left bank sights. Staff is friendly. The room was very small but if you just want a place to sleep it is OK. The rooms are very small (specially considering how much you're paying for it) but if you just want to be in a central location and have a place to sleep then it is OK.

It was so quiet and peaceful. I slept soundly. The croissants at breakfast were delicious. And the location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom didn't at all resemble the photo. It had not been updated in decades.

The hotel is located in very good location - short distance to Pantheon, Notre-Dam and the river. 5th district is also lively place in terms of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was polite, welcoming and professional. Housekeeping was done every day. However, lot's of things in this hotel (albeit many are not under management control) was not my cup of tea, and I will prefer to not stay there next time. The room was so small and badly engineered that I had physically not able to fit my standard 23kg luggage anywhere, let alone to open it. There was literally no single space or other surface to put the suitcase and open it. It was quite a struggle. I didn't like the bathroom - it was just a small round-shape bathtub with shower, in which you are supposed to stand and take a shower. Whole place was getting watery, as there were no shields or curtains. The toilet paper holder was broken. The bathroom door had no lock. There was zero soundproofing and you could hear any breath in other rooms. The blanket was one of those, which is made from some sort of old flat dusty fleece, that is just paired with a sheet. I know this often happens in Europe, but it makes me allergic like I'm breathing dust. The whole room had literally one (!) power socket, and it was somewhere near the floor and closer to the entrance door. So you have to charge your phone by putting it on the floor somewhere between bathroom and entrance, which was shocking. This was also one of those hotels, that requires you to leave the key at reception every time you go out of the room. To summarize, staying in this hotel (at least in my room) was very discomfortable experience. It was not worth the money, considering it was not a budget hotel at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and the room was quite spacious for Paris. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
