The location is excellent. It felt like a neighborhood—there was a lovely open market down the road the day we stayed there. The staff was really lovely and the room was spotless. I was very grateful for the AC in the heat wave! My room was a little dark and small—but welcome to Paris! The breakfast was meager there wasn’t a lot of fresh fruit. The bread and jam was excellent though. The shower was really small and the shower curtain blew into the stall making it hard to shower.

Very small shower.

Excellent location and the staff was really kind and 100% service. Little bit hard beds and the elevator was small. But overall really satisfied with the hotel, location and service. Hard beds

Toilet was broken but got offered a different room.

Rooms were VERY small.

The location was good. The Metro is a block away and Notre Dame is a 15 minute walk. We had difficulty getting an Uber and the night manager did reserve a taxi for the morning, which was helpful. We had an issue with not having internet and was told there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. The rooms/bathroom are very worn and quite small.

The hotel is perfect in every way. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos, with no surprises, ideal for a good night’s rest, and the breakfast is just what you need to fuel a full day exploring Paris. The location is unbeatable: two metro stations within walking distance, plus plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff truly makes the difference. They are warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. You feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

It is a nice old hotel in a good location, easy walk to the Metro and buses. The room was rather small but nice. It felt quite "French," with floor to ceiling windows and a small balcony. Didn't especially like the breakfast options. The shower was poorly designed. Hard to take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom.

The room is too much small.

It was in a less touristy area, the rooms were very nice and just what we needed and the staff was so friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

BED BUGS. Saw 3 bed bugs at 2am. Too tired to report. Woke up with bed bugs bite tracks all over chest and arm

The people were nice. The first room we received had the bath rub overflowing water, it was not going down. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room immediately. Bathroom situation. Small rooms.

Clean hotel - excellent client service - homely breakfast

The Location of the hotel is great! Room service was good. The elevator was down all week, so I had to lug everything up six floors of narrow stairs. They told me at check-in it would be fixed, but they never actually did it. To top it off, the hot water kept cutting out randomly.

It was close to many places, we were able to walk to many destinations. The room was very tiny.
