Need to have access to TP and towels on a daily basis.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained!

Lovely and cozy hotel in the latin quarter. The employees were really nice and professional. The room is small but well done. The room wasn't as clean as I'd have expected. We found some hairs on the floor and the shower gel was empty. It was also a bit dusty. We didn't get any housekeeping during our stay. For the price, I expected better.

We were a family of 3 adults staying in apartment. We liked having the washer/dryer in our room and appreciated the air conditioning. The rain shower head was nice and the bath towels were plush. My son used the gym facilities and we found the location of the hotel good with easy access to the Metro. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having the ability to leave luggage before check in time was great, as our flight arrived in Paris early morning. The breakfast was good but too pricey to enjoy each day. The overall price for the room seemed high for the space offered. The apartment was tight for 3 adults and lacked sufficient storage for clothes. The lighting was terrible requiring me to use my phone's flashlight to find things!

Very nice and large rooms with extras needed for travel. Comfortable bed and nice shower with good water pressure. Hotel is very beautiful and in great location Nothing

The property is beautiful and central enough to make visiting Paris easy. A great base for your trip. And the staff on site is exceptional, friendly, and wants to ensure you enjoy your time with them It seems like a few things are “add-ons” once you arrive. Expect additional costs for things like late check outs and housekeeping.

I chose this lovely hotel for its amenities which included air conditioning and a kitchenette. Secondly, the location is ideal. While the public areas are exceptionally inviting, our room was cozy for two people. Next time I would choose a larger room to provide more space for luggage and moving about. There are rooms of various sizes available, but when we asked about moving after arriving, the only one was a large apartment. Cleanliness could be improved; the floor was not that clean, stains on the loveseat and some mold in the shower. Lights were on the dim side, but staff did change the bulb to a brighter one in the bathroom when we asked.

The location was fantastic, our room was fantastic, the view was wonderful and the vibe great. The staff made sure that our 30th wedding anniversary stay was perfect. We can't wait to come back! The wait time at the counter might have been a little long, however it was really hot and patience amongst everyone was a little strained!!

It is a beautiful and unique property. I loved the neighborhood and we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops.

Everyone in our family enjoyed their stay in this hotel. It was clean (recently renovated), staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the design and facilities very tastefully done. The location was perfect for our stay with many areas we wanted to visit approachable by foot. We didn't pay for the breakfast option but there is a wonderful atrium style restaurant on site, a bar and several sitting areas that are just lovely. This is mostly my fault, I could have looked into other room options - we had a studio that included a kitchenette that we would have traded for more area to store/access luggage - it was a bit tight.

Close to Metro and good restaurants, charming facilities. Good food and atmosphere, very pleasant staff. Had to constantly demagnetize the cards. Breakfast is very expensive! Room service only on demand so you will run out of coffee pods and fresh towels fast.

Staff is excellent, design/decor is beautiful, and the location is perfectly central. Balcony was large and amazing space, almost as big as our room. Furniture is noisy upon movement, pillows were FLAT/not proper neck support (unexpected for caliber of facilities).

Great location!! Beautiful facility. Wonderful staff. Loved Cecilia at the front desk!!

I love the building and all the design details, very well thought visually stunning Some details were not thought through. Like passing by a set of stairs with your luggage to reach the elevator. And I didn’t like that my room was facing the courtyard and since it was a lower floor it was pretty dark. I wish I knew beforehand and could have booked a room on the upper floors. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t any closet space in the room.

Staff friendly and helpful. We were not given the room we originally booked. We booked the City Studio Balcony to have a view of the city as advertised on the images. However we were given a smaller room, with a balcony that looked out on 4 walls. Staff were helpful in changing our room for the 2nd night but was disappointing to be given a very different room to advertised online, and what we originally thought we booked. Also to be told that the bigger rooms were ‘prioritised for people that are staying longer’. A follow up with an email has been attempted but that was shut down immediately which was disappointing.

The hotel itself is stunning, featuring a beautiful and vibrant aesthetic with unique, design-forward vibe throughout that flows perfectly from the lobby to the rooms. The central restaurant and atrium area are beautiful , giving the entire property a very cool and enjoyable vibe. The rooms were exceptionally small. While I understand compact rooms are typical for Paris, the layout here left us with no space to store our luggage, and there was no wardrobe or closet to hang our clothes.

    Cleanliness, breakfast

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Helpful staff, beautiful aesthetics, and in a great location. Multiple options on site for food and beverage late into the night so you can enjoy a nightcap before bed. The room was comfortable and quiet. Loved the map they provided of the area with recommendations. They could not accommodate a request for one extra pillow which I found strange, and I would say the pictures of the room led me to believe it was bigger than it was, but Paris gonna Paris and I expected small. The A/C also wasn't that strong. We had to keep the window open all night to get cold air into the room, but it was really quiet outside so it worked out.

The bed!! It squealed whenever we moved - and I am just talking about moving my legs - and it had a lean. The bathroom had almost no lighting.
