Best Western Quartier Latin Pantheon

Great location for the hotel. It was a typical-sized room that I figured we would be getting for Paris. However, the door handles were falling off and the maintenance of the building wasn't great.

The room is very small, there is no desk nor a real wardrobe to put your clothes. I had to leave them on a chair. There is mould in the bathroom. The room was dusty

the location is excellent which sort f compensates for the room tht is smallish and I found it dark - no natural light. Rather pricey for what I got. a bit rundown - I was on 6th floor, elevator had hiccups.

Small, needs cleaning, ac didn’t work

Location was good. All the amenities were close by ie laundromat, coffee shops, train etc I asked for an iron about 5 times over the course of our 4 day stay. I was really annoyed that I had to keep asking and it never actually came. Also the damp smell when first opening door is not nice! Also my husband who is an electrician put the cover of the electricity point under the desk back on. He says it needs to be screwed on with a screw driver. It’s currently just pushed against the power point but not secured. The wires behind it are live and could cause electrocution!

Wonderful location and comfortable bed! The bathroom definitely had black mold on the ceiling and walls.

The room was a good price and clean. It had everything I needed. The room felt small. I also found all of the staff to be unfriendly and kind of rude.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was comfy and clean although quite small. Check in check out process fast. The location is great - a lot of cafes around, walking distance to many attractions, metro in 3 minutes Room and breakfast rooms are very small but taking into account the location it's ok. The windows overlooking the inner yard - other windows and wall of the building

Lots of restaurants nearby but felt it was further from the action than we wanted to be Rooms are cosy so not a lot of space for 2 suitcases and a bit of upgrading would make it feel more comfortable.

Gorgeously lit at night, well-located, great breakfast, fantastic staff. There were vegetarians in my travel party and even they found adequate breads, dairy, and juice at the breakfast buffet that catered to their needs. The rooms were on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe. Location was just on the edge of the crowds/bustle, but there were multiple metro lines within walking distance, and it’s a lovely walk from the hotel to Notre Dame. We will 100% be returning to this spot. Laurenne was an absolute delight, so so helpful, and every staff member we encountered was friendly + patient with one amateur French. They very kindly held our luggage even after checkout so we could do some last-minute shopping. n/a

Room was very small, cold and dark.Evening staff not readily available. Cold shower, hair dryer did not work well. Limited breakfast. Had to leave key at front desk. Extra charge for extra water bottle. Would not stay there again, not Best Western standard.
