The hotel was in a great location which was safe, with great restaurants, boutiques and places of interest. The hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful.

It’s in an excellent location , especially if you are fond of Montmartre. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are modest in size, but have everything you need and are clean, with the price remaining affordable. The cleanliness and the kind and relaxed atmosphere are the most important to me. The hotel has charm, I like it, and it was my 3rd stay there. This latest stay I even got a tote bag at checkout! The one thing I dislike, but I won’t downrate as it’s present in so many hotels: the decorative covers on the bedlinen. I wish hotels would stop using them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and small, very quiet location and close to many food options. Our room was on the 6th floor but the elevator only went to the 5th floor.

Hôtel des Arts is a stylish family-run hotel with a friendly and welcoming staff who show absolute attention to detail and complete commitment in ensuring that their guests have a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Highlights included an "honesty bar" with complimentary soft drinks and a choice of alcoholic drinks, (including champagne), which guests paid for; good quality toiletries in the shower; and tea and coffee-making facilities in the room where plug sockets were adapted to fit UK or continental plugs. The rooms were pleasant, the beds comfortable and housekeeping was efficient. Overall, an excellent place to stay and highly recommended. I liked every aspect of the hotel. Montmartre is an area of Paris which is popular with tourists.

Amazing location! Right in the centre of Montmartre and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Loved the free coffee machine in the restaurant and the free mini snacks and cakes. The gym was small but well-equipped. The treadmill and the two bikes were great spec and had built-in simulations and classes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They stored our luggage for us for free on our last day. Nothing!

Location perfect for exploring Monmartre, Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer. Nearby Metro and bus lines. Facilities in the hotel were outstanding the staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome and special. Nothing to complain about!!!!

It was super charming, great style and exceptional common spaces. If we didn’t have the lovely room we did with the view of the courtyard, we would have felt cramped in the rooms. But there isn’t anything we didn’t like. We loved the staff so much and the property. We will stay there every time we go to Paris!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable, always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness made all the difference. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. Every detail reflected the care and pride they take in creating a wonderful experience for their guests. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary touches, including a glass of wine and delicious pastries. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. What touched me the most was the thoughtful gift they gave me when I was leaving. It was such a kind gesture and a perfect ending to a wonderful stay. This is truly a wonderful place, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.
