Lovely hostel in the heart of Montmartre. Very clean and nice staff.

We loved the location of this hostel in Montmartre. The room was small but comfortable. There was good security for leaving valuables. I liked the continental breakfast that was included. The reception staff were warm and friendly. It wasn’t a traditional hostel and therefore not anywhere to cook food. The kitchen was used by the staff to make breakfast.

Location for the buses and trains was very convenient. Also, many great restaurants and amenities close nearby, like grocery stores and laundry. Also they have a cool cat ? Furthermore, they provide a decent breakfast included. Hostel has mostly small and cramped spaces. If you are claustrophobic, you will not like it here. Further, staff seemed reluctant to answer questions about the city or converse. They were stand-offish and a little unfriendly. Also, NO AIR-CONDITIONING! Sleeping was very uncomfortable and difficult. Lastly, elevator broke and had to hike up steep spiraling stairs. Not fun.

Very-very clean, bathroom completely new, great location, nice staff, cute cat, possibility to leave the luggage, elevator, for me was enough of space in the room. You can hear all the noises behind the door and from the street, however, I sleep in earplugs so no problem for me. During our stay it was very hot in Paris, 30-33 degrees, and absence of AC was very pity. Breakfast is piece of baguette and tiny croissant every day.

Staff were friendly. Close to metro so easy to get around. Rooms are tiny & beds are squeezed in so tight, one set of bunk beds covered part of the bathroom door. Also, breakfast was pretty bad & kitchen had basically nothing- no bowls, not even a sharp knife to cut. If you plan to prep meals, don't stay here.

Too small toilet and shower and also the lift.

Staff was very friendly, location and breakfast are great. My only proposal to make a ventilation in the room, in April is ok, but in summer I am not sure. Ventilation in the room

    - The location is really good (in the Montmartre area) - Staff are really nice and friendly and there is a cute black Cat ?‍⬛ that visits you here and there! - The room is very small and doesn’t have locker for guests, it doesn’t have a garbage can (only the bathroom has one). Beds are noisy and wake you up while sleeping, when the other person moves even a bit. - The dishes and cutlery for the breakfast where partially not clean and The breakfast itself where very simple (cornflakes, cafe, juice, peach and strawberry jam, one half Baguette and one croissant that were old and not fresh baked!).see the pictures.

The elevators are a bit small, so be prepared if you have large luggages, for us, it was perfectly fine, as we only had small carry-ons.

Location, cleanliness and staff friendly Metal frame bunk bed horribly squeaky, better slept on the floor (for real). Smallest shower in the world with sticky curtains.

The area is the best neighborhood in Paris! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is literally 1 croissant, 1 baguette, and cereal. The toilet area was really small if you are a person of size you're not going to fit there or in the Elevator. I've never been claustrophobic but my shoulders touched both sides of the elevator. The shower will get everything wet if you're not careful with the sprayer. The pillow is basically flat and caused a crick in my neck that is still hurting 3 days later. No temp control in the room aside from opening the window (no screen or guard in it)

I paid for breakfast but any of two days I get the breakfast because I had to leave the please early than 7:30 am and the breakfast was not read and the workers was not really nice except the lady when I arrived who help me with the checking she have 5 stars for customer services.

I would only add plant based milk and butter for breakfast.

Very nice, was my second time there At first, I stay in a share room (the big one) and this was not my frist time at this hostal. But i had to share the room with a person who had a kind of a weird vibe :(. Also he snored too loud, everyone else in the room was very uncomfortable by him. Not self awareness. But everything else was good

Was in a good location, had a quiet atmosphere but was out of the busy hustle of the city

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Its small but clean The employees there are nice and approachable. The place kinda small but it is clean and for me its just enough. The location is near the metro station which is accessible but the only downside is the place in the little uphill so if you are tired of walking around Paris, its a little tasking going back. But I don’t have any regrets. They do offer airport transpo and vice versa, too.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

honestly not much we had a splendid time!

The location was amazing — just a short walk from Moulin Rouge and right in the heart of Montmartre. Perfect for exploring the area. The space was extremely small and narrow overall. Moving around the room was difficult, especially with three people and luggage. The bathroom and toilet were so tiny that it was hard to sit comfortably or close the door, and turning around in the shower was almost impossible. Even the elevator fit only one person with their luggage at a time. I know the uphill location can’t be changed, but the interior layout felt too tight for a hostel/hotel that hosts many international guests. A bit more space would make the stay much more comfortable.
