The staff were an absolute delight! The room was quite small but for the location and gorgeousness of the room, it didn’t bother us at all.

The location was great, and the courtyard lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t realize breakfast buffet was extra.

good location, interesting design, comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel attempted to charge my card four separate times despite the reservation already being fully paid. After I contacted the property and requested that they stop attempting further charges, they apologized and promised me a 15% refund as compensation for the inconvenience. However, this refund was never processed. In addition, the hotel later charged my card again for local taxes without informing me beforehand or requesting my authorization. The card details were provided only as a security deposit in case of damages, not for additional unapproved charges. At this point I am concerned about the handling and security of my payment information by this property. Breakfast needs some improvement- coffe was not the best quality, also the eggs.

The hotel staff were lovely and really tried to make everything perfect. The location is wonderful and easy to get to. It’s a beautiful building in a safe and quiet street with plenty of cafes and restaurants seconds away from it. Slight issue with the drains in our room smelling but the staff were excellent at responding to it and doing everything they could to ensure we were happy. It really was an excellent response to the situation.

The room wasn’t clean unfortunately. There was a shelf unit behind the toilet and it was covered in dust so didn’t appear to have been cleaned for some time. I then had to move to another room at 2230hrs and there was an infestation of ants

Lovely room with a cute view of the street the hotel was on. Really comfortable beds, great shower. Literally everything you’d need for a great time in Paris! And a special mention to the staff who went above and beyond in making our time and my birthday special. Thank you!!

Everything! Won't stay anywhere else now in Paris. Excellent location, wonderful friendly local area, quieter than Montmartre, quirky hotel with lovely helpful staff, nice outside terrace for drinks in a pretty garden area. Loved it all (myself and daughter both) Nothing to not like
