The hotel is very well positioned, easy acces to metro and even on foot to many Parisian landmarks. The stuff was exceptionally welcoming. The suggestions they made, the services they provided was outstanding. The room we booked was very nicely decorated, very useful and well kept equipment. The size of the room was more then sufficient for a family of 2 grown-ups and a child. Overall the hotel looks even better then in the pictures. Totally recommend. Many thanks for facilitating a memorable stay in Paris. My little girl keeps on talking about you and your hotel.

good location, close to metro lines and easy to get to the train station. overall it’s good. but i found the receipts and contact lenses from the previous guests. maybe be more careful when cleaning.

Personable, helpful, friendly staff spacious well described rooms with lots of amenities to add comfort away from home. Stayed on top floor. Had odd, uneven floor just outside the room entrance. While we did not find it inconvenient, it could’ve caused a fall. We were grateful to have an elevators but it did not go all the way to that floor. We had trouble getting the entrance to the room to close securely due to the uneven flooring. All of this was manageable. Just e forewarned. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind.

The location was excellent, with metro stations just few minutes away.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement deux minutes à pied de la station de métro Bonne Nouvelle, ce qui est très pratique pour découvrir Paris. Un grand merci également à l’équipe de réception, qui est absolument adorable, très à l’écoute et particulièrement réactive. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son emplacement et la gentillesse de son personnel. .

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. While the location wasn't a very short walk from the main tourist attractions, it was quite close to the metro. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were very polite. nothing.

It was close to the train station, restaurants and laundry is close by. I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment regarding the rude and inconsiderate behavior of the housekeeping staff at checkout. At noon, housekeeping knocked on our door. I let them know we were almost done and would vacate within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the situation in the next room was handled terribly. My elderly mother was in there with my young children, who were asleep. My mother asked the housekeeper for just a couple of minutes so everyone could get dressed. Instead of granting a brief moment of privacy, the staff member continuously knocked on the door. My mother felt pressured to let her in, and when I arrived shortly after, the housekeeper was standing inside the room while my family was actively getting dressed. Barging into a room with a senior citizen and young children under the guise of turning the room over a few minutes after check-out time is inexcusable. We were fully packed and simply needed five minutes of basic privacy to dress. The complete lack of empathy and patience shown to my family was unacceptable.
