Quite, clown and comfortable Shower didn’t drain properly

The only thing I didn't like was that the cleaning lady kept knocking on the door in the morning (3 times within 2 hours). But I guess I should have put a “not disturb” sign, so they would know not to bother me after my flight.

Location is good, staff was very kind and helpful given the ciircunstances. Hotel is fairly clean. Bed comfortable (but not double). Max 3* definitely not 4 star hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever. Bar doesn’t exist. You pick a soft drink from the fridge near the (very small) reception and that’s it. Anything you wanna do, go outside. Bed comfy but not a queen/king bed rather two single beds put together. Other part of the family had a room with bad smell and all we god was: you should write an email. Hotel is worn out, toliet looked like its 30 yo.

The location is very convenient. Breakfast is good. The room was a bit run down, facing back on an inner court which was dirty. The linens in one of the beds had not been changed, as there was a pyjama left under the covers. It was late so we had to spend the night somehow. No one apologized about it but we were told to email the manager on Monday. It was Saturday.

Absolutely nothing! The hotel was advertised as 4 stars, but the condition of the room and facilities was far below that standard. The cleanliness and overall state of the room were unacceptable. To make matters worse, during the night the fire alarm went off twice — both false alarms — which completely disrupted my rest. I was unable to sleep at all, and I now face a 10-hour flight and a 3-hour drive ahead in this condition.

The room was very small and I could not get into the shower by passing the door, as I am restricted in walking. With our booking, we announced that I am handicapped but do not need a handicap room. We could change the room, and it was much better. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and tasty, unfortunately, the area was small and crowded. The street was very noisy late into the night. The only way was to keep the windows closed. After we change the room it was a much better stay.
