Nice staff and helpful Room is very small and dark. No windows.

The location was great and the room was exactly the same as the photos that I saw. The booking website mentioned that the breakfast was a buffet so I was quite disappointed as I was expecting a variety of breakfast options such as sausages, maybe some hash browns, etc.

Great location, could walk almost everywhere or get one of many different lines of the metro. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and bright. Free use of the sauna. Coffee pods were only replaced once during our 5 night stay. No door or curtain for shower room.

The location is just perfect. just 20 minutes walking from the Louvre, but the roads around have a lot of things to get yourself distracted. It is right beside the Porte Saint-Denis.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes away from metro station. You can reach Louvre Museum and surroundings easily by the foot. Room had everything we needed and what is important there was a big space. Staff was very kind and attentive. I recommend this hotel 100%

My experience at this particular hotel was terrible. First of all, at 7 p.m., a stranger broke into the room of a couple we were friends with. Fortunately, our friends were inside and the guy ran off, but I can’t believe there are security issues at a so-called 4-star hotel. Especially in a city like Paris, where things get rough at night—even with gangs. For its part, the hotel not only failed to apologize but offered a very simplistic explanation that they must not have closed the door properly… truly unacceptable. The breakfast was extremely meager; they didn’t restock anything at all from the buffet, and we had to ask for things like eggs to eat because the container they put them in was only enough for three people—first come, first served. On top of that, I had read reviews about the hotel’s air conditioning—that it wasn’t working properly—and I contacted them before we arrived because air conditioning was important to us. Despite the hotel’s assurance that the problem was due to the heat wave, when we arrived at the room, the air conditioning was indeed not working, and a technician had to be called. Finally, on the eve of our departure, we asked them to call a taxi to take us to the airport. We already knew from the very beginning that the fare from the right bank of the Seine, where we were staying, to CDG Airport was €56—a fact that the front desk confirmed to us on our last night, at which point we booked a taxi for the following day. However, half an hour before our departure, the woman at the front desk informed us that the price was 75€ and that this was the first time she’d heard it costs 56€!

Location I had pre arranged a late check out but they sent me an email to return and get my luggage and when we got back to our room, someone was in our room with our belongings. Breakfast wasn’t great, had to wait ages for the basics.

Hotel was quirky and well situated, great value for money. Staff were lovely, everything was well thought out. Nothing!
