Good location, good bed, tidy (but dirty) Mildew in the bathroom and on the walls, smells musty Codes didn’t work for the door, someone had to come fix Phone number to contact owners did not work so had to email. They still haven’t responded to my email about check out that was days ago

Basic but sufficient Check-in is a bit confusing. Name is hotel but in fact the place is Airbnb room with self check-in. The price is included breakfast but breakfast was served either too late or not served at all. Staffs did not answered any of my messages. Very bad communications.

From the beginning to the end there wasn’t any response from the property. Even if we were almost locked out due to the lock system issue. Besides they cancelled the breakfast without any compensation or alternative plan.

Advertised breakfast but after booked we were told no. This is NOT a hôtel. Third floor of a commercial building. Difficult to find…a very small sign. Given codes to get in. Way too many e-mails

absolutely nothing the location is in a bad area there is prostitutes that should tell you also our room 3 in the hotel had a fowl smell coming from the toilet we could not sleep that also gave me headache so much so we left first thing in the morning to find another accommodation we lost all our money with this booking,we told the manager they said they could not move us poor poor management minus 0 for this place

Great location, near metro station. There are a lot of bars and restaurants. Really quiet at night. We didn't like that the accommodation was very small, there was nowhere to leave things, especially cosmetics in the bathroom. The soundproofing was quite bad. A week before our arrival, they informed us that they wouldn't be able to serve breakfast.

The room was quiet and clean, check-in and check-out went smoothly and the location is great! You get a ton of emails for check-in, arriving, check-out, etc. - most of them multiple times. That's a bit confusing and should be reduced to the necessary. Also, all the messages they send you via booking.com are stripped of all links and therefore completely useless. (I know this is a booking.com issue, but it's bad when they rely on web services for check-in and check-out.)

Very well located place, no more than 15-20 minutes walking distance, to both Nord Station (trains) and the city center. Live area full of cute restaurants and cafes. Rooms with all amenities and nice decoration. Decent breakfast. Cleaning lady very kind and helpful, she served our breakfast and tried to satisfy all our requests. Hotel space hidden in a building that serves various other communities, took us some minutes to locate the entrance and and the right codes to get in. Very compact environment, not suggested for those prefering hotels with view, open spaces and social life. Price per night could be lower taking into account the limited space and staff involved (no reception, no breakfast staff)

The rooms are nice and it is clean but it is very important to know that it’s a flat with 5 rooms and a shared living room where you get breakfast. It has nothing to do with an hotel.

I really like the concept, it is super uncomplicated! I had trouble finding Tinah at first but I called the hotline and they were super friendly and helpful. I also had to add another night because my train got cancelled. As I couldn’t get the same room so spontaneously, they took care of my luggage and brought it to the new room while I was out. In total it was a really great experience!

Very clean and comfortable, like a house. Great location and friendly stuff. Once you get around you understand this place provides all your need. I will be back.

Excellent location, nice neighborhood! Metro is near, also a lot of restaurants.

The hotel is just round the corner from a metro station and if you don't mind walking, there is plenty to see in the area and you are close to very good restaurants such as Bouillon Julien, local markets and shops, plus just a short 10-15-minute walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. We really enjoyed exploring a different part of Paris. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We were served breakfast by a friendly member of staff. The reception area has free tea and coffee available - but please note it is not manned and you require a pin code to access the area. Although we could not access our room until 3pm, we were able to leave our bags in the reception. Overall, the price is very reasonable for the centre of Paris and if you don't need to stay in the very centre or just need a base to explore the city then would recommend. Not a complaint - but just to mention that you need a pin code to access the hotel, which is a floor of an apartment block. If you want to be greeted by a receptionist, you might prefer to go somewhere else. Also, there are several TINAH hotels in Paris, so much sure you put in the full address as our map took us to the wrong one! Fortunately, someone called back and helped us out. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

I had a fabulous stay. It 100% exceeded my expectations. From the first second i booked until the check out everything went very smoothly no issue at all. You receive all the information you need by email no hussle at all. Very clean, beautiful room with all the necessary facilities. Location is very good. The staff was amazing very helpful and smiley face all the time. You feel like you are home comfy and safe. The breakfast was really good too. This place is my where to stay in Paris place now. I will definetely be back to stay there again.

I thought it was a hotel, but it is not. It will be better if you say in advance that there is no reception and if you need something there is nobody to ask :)
