Location not clean

Close to a lot of places to eat, and the grocery store called the Monprix. Safe neighborhood, very nice staff, great overall stay. We liked everything, it was good value for the stay. As opposed to the higher prices in the Latin quarter.

Location was great, staff very welcoming, the park in front was very lovely outside our window. We felt far from the big boulevards that are only a block away. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Our room needed a minor repair of a bedside shelf that wasn’t well secured to the wall. A minor matter.

Great location. Lively spot and perfectly quiet room. Great water pressure, wifi, hair dryer, air conditioning.

Location Many things associated with the room either did not work or were inconvenient.

Breakfast was decent. But I had paid an amount to booking, comprehensive of the breakfast. In the invoice, instead, the breakfast was a separate item and the staff was not helpful in amending the invoice to be in line with the booking I had.

Location and safety Lack of an elevator to the reception desk was a big problem

The staff are very efficient and pleasant. The location is great. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. This was the only negative aspect of our stay: the room was a bit too small for two adults, but other than that, it was fine. Especially welcome were the shower doors that we had not seen during the previous 3 weeks of our trip.

Nice room. Close to the train.lots of restaurants close by. Reception and elevator are on the first floor. Than you to the helpful staff carrying up and down the luggage.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. They helped carry the luggage up the stairs to the reception area, which would have been a challenge for us. The breakfast was included with the price and had a lot of good choices like scrambled eggs, ham, granola, yogurt, coffee, oj, etc. The room we had was a decent size and the twin beds comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet, pleasant street. The Montparnasse district offers many restaurants and the nearby Gare Montparnasse, as well as metro and taxi access. We had stayed at this hotel last year and were happy enough to go back. Our shower wand did not work and because of the Easter holiday it was not able to be fixed. ( The overhead shower still worked.) The bathroom in general seemed like it could use an update.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. The room was on the small side but it is Paris and this is to be expected.

A hidden gem in easy walking distance to the Gare Montparnasse. I plan to stay longer next time.

The location is great, room is comfortable. Many restaurants and metro close by The elevator starts on the first floor, so you have to carry your suitcases to it. But from there everything is between reach :) The stairs were decorated so pretty though

Good 3 star hotel near the rail station. It was no luxury stay. This pig needs painting.

Nice small hotel close to Gare Montparnasse. Good breakfast. All good.

The room was very comfortable. No problems with noise. It was close to everything and lots of restaurants to choose from. The room was a tad small but completely doable. Good breakfast - worth purchasing. No elevator from ground to 1st floor but I would still stay here. Not a huge problem.

This facility did not have any heat in the room and when asked to turn heat in our freezing room , he told us we don’t turn on the heat not before October and handed us a blanket and said this should keep you warm. We decided to leave the very next day and demanded to have the Tourist tax and the rest of the remaining days refunded to our account . Despicable!
