Everything was good. Just the staff cant remember everything. Like a service we request or an additional extras we want they dont provide it on time. Even u had to make them to remember again

The room was small not like how the picture showed when I booked also the toilet room really small a big person doesn't fit.

A great hotel in a wonderful position, very lively area and very close to multiple train lines to make commuting around the city easy. The air conditioning is fantastic and worked well on some very hot days. Staff were always helpful and the hotel has a great vibe with little break out areas for people to work or relax. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The room is nice, excellent location close to Metro, walking distance from the Latin quarter. We didn't take breakfast. The stuff was nice and helpful. I will return to this hotel. House keeping was not available in the evening. Breakfast is expensive 21 ERO, much cheaper outside.

The bathroom wasnt 100% clean as it was used and can be renovated.

Perfect location next to Montparnasse train and metro station. Very convenient stay for a relatively safe neighbourhood and easy to get to any site to visit We stayed in the same room for 6 nights. The toilet blocked 4 nights out of 6 as it only flush liquid and no toilet paper at all. It make sense that the toilet on floor -1 is popular?

There’s not a proper desk or light if you need to do some work in your room. It can get noise at night as well as my room faced the street.

Location was good, staff are friendly. Smells bad. Very old building. Bad drainage. Bed sheets were dirty. I seriously don’t understand how this hotel is categorized as 4 stars and how did Accor group approve this property. It’s like there’s no audit to check if the hotel delivers on the promise that it belongs to a large group. NOT worth the money paid.

The hotel team of Pauline and Celia went to great lengths to make our wedding anniversary trip special. We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a special room decor. It was lovely and such a special, appreciated gesture! (and a great view of the Eiffel Tower from our window!) Also loved the complimentary water station in the hallway with sparkling and still water.
