Location was perfect! Close to metro and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

Our room was small but very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed the AC in this insane heat. It's really conveniently located near the train station and a lot of restaurants and bars as well as a couple of Metro stations. And the stuff was very nice and helpful. I expected it but the twin beds were very small!

Perfect location The building is old and needs repairs. There is no air conditioning or heating system. Fans are used, but they do not provide sufficient cooling. The hair dryer is old, broken, and its power cord is cut. The staff are not friendly. They promised to change my room, but they did not do so. The beds are uncomfortable, and the cleanliness is average.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location No shelf space for clothes. PowerPoint under the table very difficult to access. One day the room wasn't cleaned.

The location was excellent. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the hotel, but we also ventured out to enjoy the same at nearby cafes on other days. We were close to several metro stations as well, which made it easy to travel to the various places we wanted to go. The shower in a bath was difficult for my elderly mother to use - not necessarily a problem for other travellers, but this impacted the comfort of our stay as hotel staff were unable to accommodate a room change at this busy time of year.

The staff were very nice. I was grateful for that. Room was very small, not enough outlets, the bathroom shower was dirty, we put a towel down and stood on that to take showers. The hair dryer is ancient. Not enough space to move in at all.

Following a delayed check in owing to travel disruption, the staff were fantastic and welcoming and made us feel very settled as soon as we arrived. The hotel is in an excellent location and suited us very well. very comfy bed and an fantastic shower. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The hotel is a little tired in places but this does/did not impact out stay at all.

Heating didn't work. After asking to fix it 5 times the bold guy with blue eyes said its not working for two years. He offered us to leave the hotel without refund. There is no coffee available for breakfast. Hair in the bathroom
