Location and clean

Perfect location and a friendly staff that go above and beyond for you. The room we had was quite small for us not like the rest of the rooms. I think that rooms that end with 2 have a corner

Location was a little away from tourist areas

Great location, very well connected with public transport. There are stores, bakeries and restaurants in the area. Way more quiet and less crowded than the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but that is common in Paris, at least in my experience.

Nice location, very clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. The size of the room and bathroom is a bit uncomfortable for a couple, given also the price.

Perfect location to the metro, restaurants

Wonderfully helpful staff. Hotel is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with some nice local restaurants. A short walk to the Picpus metro station. Room was very small and rather claustrophobic.

So-so breakfast, but cannot complain.

Spotless clean, very nice staff, the Picpus area is nice and conveniently located. Well kept and managed hotel. It was my third stay there :-) Rooms are minuscule, no fridge or coffee maker in the room.

It was a distance from the City center.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal location in an attractive neighborhood with many cafes and convenient access to metro stations. Facility has a well-appointed enclosed patio good for enjoying coffee and pastries from nearby bakery. Rooms are somewhat small but definitely worth the price. Breakfast was somewhat expensive (12 Euro per person). Suggest going to a bakery two blocks away for pastries and coffee which can be enjoyed at the hotel's outdoor patio.

Room size was very small. Difficult location to get to city center.

Wonderful staff and very clean room. Comfortable bed, nice air conditioning, great view out side the huge window. Everything is in great condition. They even have an elevator which is a perk in France. Great location right by the metro and great eateries in walking distance. The area is safe and clean and easy to get around. The place is charming and met all our needs. The shower was small; if you are an above average sized person, it would be challenging to use. We had no issues with it, but it did make me wonder how a larger person would manage.

This was an excellent little hotel, with wonderful staff! The room was quiet, clean, and cool with air conditioning. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. My sister and I traveled together and requested two beds, and both were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to be kind and gracious. We used public transportation to get around primarily, and there are two major stations within easy walking distance. There is a wide selection of little restaurants nearby, everything from cafes to restaurants to bakeries to Burger King, so after a long day of visiting museums and other tourist spots, it's really nice to come back and get whatever you need. There was also room service with a short but well made menu. The breakfast was delicious as well. I do wish I could've paid in entirety prior to arriving, but this was relatively minor (and may have also been an option and I just missed it).
