Loved the hotel staff and room was very clean. Location was just perfect not too crowded but very safe! The bathroom is smaller than I’m used to and doesn’t have ac, but we opened a window for fresh air
-
Location on a major road ,right next to the Picpus metro station , boulangerie & cafes all nearby . Also close walk to the beautiful hub of Place de la Nation .... good breakfast at a higher cost (E 15/-)than other hotels . Had a room (bit small) in 5th floor but with good aircon Overall a good stay , staff in evening was new & didn't know much about facilities ,room a bit cramped

Clean, friendly staff and close to the metro.

This hotel was a perfect base for our stay in Paris! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean with a fridge and great AC. The location was close to a bus stop and two major Metro stops to get into the city closer to all the touristy activities. There is plenty nearby to pick up some staples and pastries or have a nice dinner. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quieter place to return to after site seeing all day and you don't mind taking public transport which is so easy and convenient in Paris.

Great location, close to major metro and RER lines. 24/7 reception was great to have. Room was extremely small- make sure you check the square footage when you book. But the room was clean and otherwise great experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding — everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single team member was professional, kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality created such a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It’s rare to find a hotel where both service and cleanliness are maintained at such a high level. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back again!

the location is little far to touristic attractions (with metro around 35 minutes). However, the overall location is good and super close to metro (2 minutes walking distance). the neighborhood is good. Wifi is okay and staff is friendly. However, i think the rooms are not super clean. For example, the sheets are clean but they have some stains on in (not new so I understand they washed it but couldn't remove it). That can be happen but hotels shouldn't use that kind a sheets/pillow case if they can't remove the stain. Overall, price/value ratio is good.

The room and elevator are small, but a standard size for Paris at this price point. The view from the room looked out onto a wall, so no view to speak of. Other rooms face the street, so would get a better view.

Didn't take breakfast. Nice little neighborhood - great little Italian restaurant - Amalfi. The corridors to get to room are very narrow.
-
convenient location, close to a subway stop, not far from major hub at Nation. Had a fairer, lower room rate than on some of my other stays, maybe because this week was a local school holiday? difficult to give a phone call from the backyard rooms, even from 3rd level - fair wifi connection, though.

Wonderful place, super location, amazing people! Thank you!

Staff was always super helpful. Wifi is fast and reliable. Rooms are small even for Paris standards.
-
Staff extra polite and attentive. Good location, close to Nation hub, and with a subway station next door. Sound proof window, I was on the second floor on the boulevard (not much traffic anyway), did not hear anything. Room very small, even by Paris standards. Luckily I was alone (maybe the reason why I was assigned there), and at least I had a comfortable table to work at. Breakfast buffet minimalist (no veggies, no fruits).

I was sadly disappointed with this hotel. The neighborhood and the staff were great, but the room was really dirty. The walls were old and stained, the bathroom was dirty. It just wasn't at all like the pictures on Booking. I actually left on the first day to find cleaner accommodations- and didn't even get my money back. The room was dirty.

Amazing staff, near metro and bus The size room could be a little bit biger

Great staff Nothing really

You can hear your neighbors very easily.

The staff was very friendly, especially Fabrice. He was incredibly friendly and very attentive to us. He also gave us lots of suggestions for places to go. Also loved the view and the bed by the window The shower head in our room Kept spraying water everywhere and that was pretty annoying to deal with. The beds were kind of too hard.

The room was larger than expected, comfortable beds, enough storage, hefty towels. The hotel was "old," but the room had been upgraded to more modern standards. We were on the 5th floor away from the street so it was quiet. The breakfast was adequate--better than most. Tiny shower.
