Excellent location. The best. Staff very polite, friendly, attentive in all areas from cleaning to breakfast duty and reception to bar. Breakfast varied and tasty. Lovely ambiance and comfortable beds. We did not eat in the restaurant this time but I am sure the food would be equally good. Nothing. The staff even upgraded one room of ours to ensure we would be near the other booked room.

We had a fabulous stay at Edouard 7! The suite was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The combination of the lovely accommodations and exceptional service made our experience truly wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again! Nothing - they were fabulous!

The staff are friendly and very supportive, and the amazing location which is near (walking distance) Louver, Opera, Lafayette, and the Champs. Cherry on the top, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafés.

The central location was great to visit many of the key sites with 2 Metro stations within less than 5 mins walk, and lots of places walkable too.The staff were excellent and highly attentive from the moment we walked in. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. A particular mention should go to Lola, Nisal, & Nathan. Our room was spotless and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The junior suite gave us a great view of the Paris Opera. The doors to the balcony really masked any noise from the road. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend the hotel. Nothing to mention.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Edouard 7. We visited Paris to celebrate my niece's birthday, and the hotel made it extra special by decorating our room with balloons and providing a delicious birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made her day unforgettable. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Paris. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and very friendly. We had a bit of a problem with the thermostat the first couple of days, but straightened it out later.

The location is great but Renaud at the front desk was exceptional in helping us with ideas, getting organized and being helpful in every way - I cannot say enough good things about this man. Our room was ably looked after by Hanane and was always neat as a pin. So pleased we stayed there again.

Excellent hotel in a central position. Very comfortable room and bed with everything you might need supplied. The staff, particularly at reception, were exceptional, unfailingly helpful with nothing too much trouble. Although a city hotel, it had the feel of a friendly family-run establishment. We would definitely return there. Nothing at all.

The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to visited. The staff was super friendly and was able to accomodate all of our needs. Our room was actually bigger than expected and so was the balcony. The view was amazing.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Damaged furniture, dirty pillows, curtains and bedspread, stained surfaces, no proper wardrobe (only a curtain covering a hole in the wall), and it was extremely dark and tiny. Front office manager together with reception staff were sarcastic, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge the obvious condition of the room, insisting it was "clean." After I refused to stay in such conditions, the hotel denied a refund for the remaining three unused nights. A complete failure of basic hospitality standards, professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
