Good standard for this hotel chain. Great location, clean place, friendly staff. Breakfast is quite limited, the same every day and its quality needs improvements.

Staff was very friendly,all of front desk staff. Kept my luggage after check out,let me use their washroom when I came to pick up my luggage,let me sit comfortably in a waiting area. Helped me charge my mobile etc.

Staff very good, Location great, expensive, but worth it as we were there in heat wave and easy to get back to hotel for a rest. Readily available cold water / ice! Barman very helpful. Safe didn't work or maybe it was me but not really a problem.Nothing else to report
