Location was fabulous, just a five minute walk to the louvre. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Air conditioner worked great, car parking was very easy. The rooms were like any other European room small but again very comfortable.

Great location. Minutes away from the Louvre. A few minutes away from the metro and restaurants literally only a few feet away. Large spacious clean room.

Children had their own twin beds. It was close to amazing bakeries, Asian and French restaurants. Room was cleaned everyday. They provide a shower gel and shampoo combo with little soaps. Room is equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea. Location is walking distance to the Opera and the Louvre. Air conditioner worked well in our room. Staff is very friendly and speak many languages The penthouse room was beautiful with the skylights but the sun is bright around 6 am. Wish there had been a shade to cover those

Unacceptable accommodation. We paid for a room with air conditioning, and upon our arrival we were told that everything was working properly. However, with temperatures of 40°C in Paris, the air conditioning was not working at all. We also found a centipede in the room, and when we reported it, the hotel employee simply said, "So what? It's harmless." The bathroom sink was completely clogged. Every time someone used it, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could use it. When we complained, one staff member offered to move us to another room, but another member of the staff was rude and sarcastic towards us. The worst part was that we had booked this hotel, but without informing us in advance, they transferred us to a different hotel upon our arrival. This was completely unacceptable.

The location. Elevator was out of service for 3 days out of the 5 I was staying there, and it also doesn’t reach all rooms (don’t ask how or why) so you have to drag your big luggage regardless. The hotel also imposes a policy to leave the room key at the reception every time you leave the hotel. In general it was expensive for the quality of the room, amenities and service.

Clean, well organised, well managed, very helpful staff. Breakfast was a basic buffet but really clean and well presented, fresh juice. Coffee available through the day. The room was well organised, good shower pressure. Internet WiFi connection was good strength and reliable. The elevator takes you to the 4th floor which is great for a small Parisian hotel. A requirement to leave the key in the hotel every time you leave is not appropriate in 2026.

The Hotel was wonderful: the position is very central, 10 min walking from The Louvre, Operà and Restaurants The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable; bathroom is modern and clean ( the bath can be a little small for some people ) My special thanks goes to The Staff: Gregory and Farid - from the check-in till the check-out- thank you very much for having made my Paris stay really special.

The king size bed being 2 mattresses is an issue. You can’t sleep in the middle due to the separation of the mattresses. So you stick on one side as the f you were in a small bed.
