So close to everything you want to walk to. 9 minutes to the Louvre. So many bistros and cafes to choose from. The rooms was comfy and clean but small. But when in Paris who is staying in their room.

Bedroom was on the 5th floor. Lift could only take one person. The stairs were so dirty. The bedroom and ensuite were both very dirty and there was a very poor ventilation mole in the bathroom.

The staff was quite nice and the hotel very clean, plus very well located as it’s close to a Metro station and the Opera. Like other comments say, it is small. It really is, but it delivers if you’re planning on just sleeping there. Having said that, the stairs to the 7th floor are quite tight and possibly dangerous. However, the worst part of our stay was the size of the shower/bath; they’ve placed a bath with two different levels above floor level so if you’re above my hight (1.72mt) you can’t shower standing straight. Plus, having the bath way above the floor makes it so dangerous of slipping and getting hurt, we had to crouch down, grab anything we could and slowly get out of the shower/bath (see picture)

The location was perfect for us and a quiet location which we appreciated Nothing springs to mind, we had an issue with the cleanliness of the carpet in our room and they tried their best to clean it almost immediately.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We were able to walk to the Louvre and many of the must see places in Paris. The room was rather small.

Wonderful location and staff were all SO sweet and helpful! You can hear everything through the walls.

Room was spacious, on the top floor and in a great area of town. Make sure you get the right location. Our taxi took us to the wrong Korner hotel. Room decor was bland, and the provisions minimalist. I was first given a very uncomfortable pillow, but they did give me a better one upon request. The shower was strange and sprayed all over the bathroom. The floor was uneven. It smelled like they just installed carpet or painted. I left my glasses at the hotel but they would not mail them to me. I had to hire a courier to get them.
-
Location in a quiet area Total recent reconfiguration from original Louvre Marsollier Hotel lobby and room decor. Very spartan now and original charm lost with re-branding as Hotel Korner. No advance warning given on this booking of the changes made. Stayed many times previously through Booking.Com., but will look elsewhere in the future.

Room not too small. Small elevator, could be cleaner

Staff were absolutely great - warm, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Price is incredible for the location. The property is run down though they’ve clearly done some renovations and I imagine more are on the way? Rooms and corridors smell stuffy.

Staffs in counter are very friendly and helpful no matter daytime or night shift. Thank you. House keeping seems not flexible, one day we were still in the room and she wanted clean the room, we asked for 10 more minutes later, she seems not happy and speaks French which we don’t understand but help her to clean the garbage can and replaced the towel that been used for 3 days already.
