Close to Eiffel Tower The staff member who was on duty when we arrived around 10:45pm - I asked directions to Eiffel Tower and he played that he didn’t know what I was saying…he was able to say in English about the tax . He was rude. Didn’t supply wifi password. We had an early morning flight out but paid for breakfast but he said breakfast was between 7-10am, we left at 6am with not even a to go box and having paid for breakfast

Staff are nice people and they give a good service. It's too small, poor facilities and staff in the room.

Location was good and beds was comfortable. The shower door was completely broken, and missing a panel of glass. The shower had a very high step into it and was very dangerous . It said breakfast was included when I booked and then was told by staff, that it was a mistake and I must pay for breakfast.

I liked the location,very close to Eiffel tower and Metro stations,,good restaurants atound.Breakfast was very good and delicious. Size of the bedroom was not very comfortable,it was t oo small.Breakfast time was too short yet the size of the breakfast room was too small and there were many guests.Pressure of time yet the space was too small..

Excellent breakfast. Fantastic staff. Exceptional location. Very small room. But we managed. Difficult to keep the floor dry in the bathroom. A shower stall would be preferable to a bathtub. At least should have a grab bar and an anti slip mat in the tub.

Clean, comfortable, good staff, delicious breakfast, nice room. The noise in the morning from other rooms and walking may think the installations have been working for many years.
