Staff were so very friendly, helpful and really wonderful. Breakfast was a treat with lots of choices and the staff making sure there were adequate amounts of all the foods offered. Quick elevator. Coffee anytime with expresso and other choices. Ice on request and quickly delivered. Restaurant recommendation in both French and English I liked everything. No dislikes at all.

Excellent location (<5 minutes to Trocadero), easy check in, very nice/helpful staff, 12pm check out, comfy beds We didn't get connected rooms as requested but rooms were next to each other so it was ok. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged

The location was absolutely amazing. We were walking distance to many great spots, which we appreciated. Our staff upon arrival was very kind, attentive, at the desk when we needed in, etc. A male staff member the last night of our stay was incredibly rude, aggressive, and lazy. After going out, we stood outside the hotel door for 10 minutes ringing the bell, waiting to be let in, in the cold, etc. while he was in the back presumably sleeping. After 10 minutes spent outside, of a hotel we paid hundreds of dollars to stay inside of, we let ourselves in. He then aggressively approaches us from the back yelling at us, scolding us, and telling us that we are to wait outside (of the hotel we paid for) until he feels like coming to let us in. Dissatisfactory to say the least.

Proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the exceptional staff, and a decent breakfast. The towels were hard to find and it was little pricy given other hotels with the same room sizes and amenities.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Palais de Chaillot and would highly recommend it. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. A special mention goes to Charlotte at the reception, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She truly went above and beyond by patiently teaching us the directions on how to get around, explaining clearly how to go out and come back to the hotel. Her helpful attitude and warm personality made us feel very welcome. While the room is not very spacious, it was just right for our needs since we spent most of our time out on tours exploring the city. The room was cozy, practical, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and okay—not extravagant, but sufficient to start the day. Overall, the hotel offers great value, a convenient location, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located hotel.

The location is ideal for a 5 days trip in Paris. The hotel is easy to reach. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and bi-lingual. Planning a trip again in October with 2 friends, we might consider to stay at the same hotel if they promised better rooms. I didn't like the room I was provided. My room was on the lower level, directly on the street which was noisy. On top of that, the wall of my room had water pipes. everytime someone flushes on the upper rooms, the sound was very disturbing and it made me wake up several times at 5 and 6 in the morning.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. I had a beautiful city view and good water pressure in the showers. The hotel has a wonderful location off the main thoroughfare but close to restaurants and transit, and I felt very safe as a solo-traveler. My room was adjacent to the elevators. Sometimes guests or the cleaning crew would accidentally knock against my door. I only saw one staff member the whole time I was there, at all hours of the day. I hope he is not overworked.
